The breakfast was okay but not very hot at 6:00. There was no one in attendance at the front desk; just a basket for the room key drop. Anyone could have come in and picked up the keys.

My check out paper said I could not receive points on my choice card account because of the rate I paid. I paid $90.00 and I think I should receive the points. It seems there is always a reason for not having enough points to get a reward on my next stay.

The hotel was clean. It's a little older but nice for a stop-over. Price was good for what we got. We didn't take advantage of the breakfast, had to hit the road early. Staff very friendly, easy check-in and location very convenient

The A/C was noisy and needed attention. It cooled but would go off and it just seemed like it struggled.

Didn't get to breakfast on time. 9 am probably little late I'm sure.

Nothing but decaf coffee pods in room and asked about getting regular but front desk said they were out so had to walk downstairs to get a cup of coffee this morning big bummer but would've been better in room especially at $120 a night.

The hotel is in a great spot it was very clean smelled nice they just remodeled so that's a plus. But overall it was nice would definitely stay again .

There was the shower nozzle in our room was broke so you had to turn it on a certain way for it to work and the mini fridge was unplugged idk what was up with that that is really the only 2 negatives I have .

Nothing particularly different from any other motel in the States. Loud AC that could break walls with amounts of air pushed :) That's probably it. A little bit smaller beds to what I expected. A bit subpar breakfast. No butter or jelly available for guests.

We had a problem with the A/C unit - wouldn't turn on. So I called the front desk. Within five minutes the night manager was in our room investigating the problem. Very friendly young man, but he couldn't find the problem either. He called the Manager. She arrived ten minutes later and commented that the A/C was a new unit installed earlier that week. While she was replugging the unit we noticed a brief flicker of the panel light. The wall receptacle was worn out. a slight twist of the plug and it worked fine. She found a position of the power cable that allowed the unit to preform properly and said she'd call the electrician who installed the unit and have him replace the receptacle the next day. In all my hotel/motel visits over the last sixty years I have never had this level of care - she even brought us extra blankets in case the unit failed during the night. Over the last twenty years my wife and I have stayed in this Quality Inn two or three times every fall. In the last three years we've noticed a continuous improvement in the accommodations. The rooms are now spotless, the beds more comfortable, the lighting is better and everything (usually) works. I'm pretty sure it's because the current management really does care.

The sink stopper didn't work - I fixed it.

Over all a great place to stay. Employees where fantastic, rooms where very clean and comfortable.

Rude guest showing there ass for no reason because of not having a biscuit for the gravy. Just some in title brat.

Nice new look and good beds and pillows.

The bathroom was very simple but effective. Furthermore the breakfast was minimal but okay it was just 6:15 am.

We liked being close to bucee's and other businesses

I didn't like the black side chair. need to update it, other than that the room was great .

It’s been updated, fresh curtains and paint. Toilets are chair height, mattresses are very comfortable. Always clean. The staff goes out of their way to make everything pleasant. We stay here 6-8 times per year.

The bathtub/shower faucets are difficult to use, and sometimes I can’t get hot water because of this.
