Room was a good size for solo traveler. Clean and in good repair for the most part. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Some small inconveniences but will stay again the next business trip. I did have time for breakfast but looked really good. Front lobby looked welcoming

Available Electrical outlets were inconvenient for most hand held devices to be charged. Had to move the bed to charge phone at bedside. The power bar in the desk is non=functioning. The bathtub had an area in corner that was stained and looked moldy. Coffee pods in the room were not refilled at all during my 4 night stay. Water pressure needs improvement

We have stayed here several times over the last 4 years while our son was in college and it has been fixed up quite a bit. Some of the great qualities were nice bed and pillows, convenience of location, friendly staff and great breakfast.

The worst thing about Holiday Inn is the sounds. We heard pounding on doors, slamming of doors and people walking by while talking.

The staff were amazing! I voiced a couple of frustrations to Chris about an amenity that was listed here, but no longer offered at this location and he did not hesitate to accommodate us with another solution that more than made up for it. Amanda made sure our room was immaculate and furnished with all the necessities, and last but certainly not least...Katt whom I am convinced is an absolute saint, went above and beyond to make sure that all of our needs were met and then some...such a genuine and lovely soul! The beds were comfy and our room had plenty of room and seating as well. We were also pleased to wake up to a hot breakfast in the morning in the dining area.

That we couldn't stay longer.

We loved our stay, my husband and I were able to get a night away for a stay-cation. Only complaint was the pool was not open. Everything else was exceptional!

My only complaint is the pool was freezing l, felt like a truck of ice was dumped in it. It's an indoor pool so I would've expected to be warmer. So needless to say I didn't swim and was really looking forward to itm

The indoor pool was open but was not heated so the water was cold and the Jacuzzi that is pictured is actually concreted over

Nice size room. King was not ready, offered us two queens that were ready.

Parking was not the best- behind the building. We got back late from a concert.

Everything was nice as usual and we have stayed here 4-5 times and never have had a problem. Love it and will stay more

Smelled moldy…. They had flooding and attempted to put us in a moldy smelling room. We requested a change

Exceptionally clean with a friendly staff. Very comfortable stay.

It could use some USB plug-ins next to the bed and sofa in suites.
