Staff was really good. Evening desk lady worked hard to get us in our room. She went above and beyond. Breakfast was very basic, but appreciated that it was offered. Property is very clean and in a good location. While you can tell the hotel is older, the rooms are clean, as well.

Major issue with communication between booking.com and the hotel. They couldn't see our reservation in full, but knew we had it. They handled this well, as the hotel was full. The next people who came in with a booking reservation did not get a room, and were understandably upset. Would probably book direct in the future to be sure of availability.

The hotel's location was excellent. I appreciated the room; the bed was comfortable, and it came equipped with all the necessary amenities. Furthermore, the hotel was pet-friendly, although we did not bring our pet. The front desk staff, particularly the lady who assisted us, was very nice and accommodating.

I would have liked to have some type of protein for breakfast, such as eggs, bacon, or sausage, but I did enjoy the waffles and all the other breakfast items.

The staff was super friendly and welcoming, Angelica and Bailey were super nice and helpful. System was down and they still made our stay possible. The breakfast was simple but good. For the price we did not mind one bit it's super close to the beach. The pool was nice as well closes at 11pm which is nice. They provide a grill too in case you want to have a cookout. It’s pet friendly as well we really couldn't ask for more. We would gladly stay there again if in the area.

It was a clean and good place to stay close to anything you would want to do in Port Aransas . New Owner is very willing to help in any way. Very affordable nice people had a good time . Will go back again. We booked for 2 days and stayed for 4 really liked it. We had nothing but a good experience in Port Aransas.

The only thing I will say is that the complimentary breakfast needs protein to many Carbs for me .

This hotel is very comfortable and clean! The staff are obviously hardworking and caring! Everything was above my expectations including the self serve breakfast. I regret that I wasn’t able to use the pool which was setup for a family outing or just a swim! It too was very well maintained!

For me it was not important, but a paper channel list for the TV could be helpful! There’s a lot of channels to choose from!

Ladies gave towels when asked services prompt clean room no sand on floors beds were clean, the maids are doing great a few months ago it wasn’t this clean they are stepping up there game here. my fourth time here

the pool was cleaned the same day but it still looked dirty too much chlorine maybe? maybe pressure washing the stairs and around the property to make it look cleaner noticed some mold/ mildew by the stairs on the lower floor so there was no wet sign someone could sue so I would definitely get that checked out and have your staff put a sign and block it off

The bright lights along the walkway outside, shined so bright through the curtains to the bedroom. Curtains were completely closed but still bright in the room. Curtains should be longer and wider to cover more of the window and thicker to block the light.

We have stayed in many Hotels and I must say this property exceeded our expectations. A very personable staff and the owner was at the front desk on a few occasions and was vera interested in our comfort and experience. 👏🏻 Bravo!!

The location. The staff. The maintenance department. The refrigerator in our room was not properly working, with a baby who needed milk, this was not good. I notified the night clerk and she quickly made accommodations for my food to be stored in a hotels refrigerator until our rooms refrigerator was replaced by the maintenance staff. They did a great job, I greatly appreciate them.

The noise of the young kids at 3am., Loud music. Young couples arguing.

Staff was beyond helpful and friendly. The property itself was in a great location and had great amenities for a beach vacation. Super happy with our stay, made some great memories.

There aren’t any complaints from our stay. Beyond satisfied!!
