Clean rooms, housekeeping does fantastic & so friendly! Breakfast good, one day went right before closing to get coffee & since breakfast had already been picked up she offered to cook me my own eggs. I declined as I only wanted coffee, but really appreciated the offer! Beds comfortable, easy walk to beach & quick drive to anywhere in town. Very roomy, will definitely return! Best of all, pet friendly!!

Would like if they offered meat everyday with breakfast (only 2 out of the 7 days they had sausage) and some fruit options.

We were there on a weeknight in the off-season, for which they apparently strongly discount their rooms. What we received for the price paid was amazing. The staff were extremely friendly, we got a hot breakfast (loved the option for mini waffles, I never need a whole one), the room was larger than expected and comfortable, and the pool was even open despite it being winter.

The ONLY thing I can find to mention is there was a rip in the couch, which didn't affect our stay or comfort in any way whatsoever; the hotel was amazing and would 100% stay again if I'm traveling in the off season.

Staff is super friendly. Comfy rooms and a great location. It's a great value! Short drive to the beach, plus the pool on sight is great when they kids wanna swim but are tired of the sand.

The Kitchenette no longer has anything supplied. So bring your own plates etc, it has a small toaster oven and microwave. you can make it work but the listing is misleading. it's not a full kitchenette. it's a sink and toaster oven. We had upstairs neighbors with kids who ran up and down their room, and it was horrible. Not the hotel's fault. Next time I'll get an upstairs room...

Rooms are spacious and beds comfortable. Access and close parking to room is great for loading and unloading beach gear!

The property is showing its age, ripped couch, bathroom soap dispenser either not filled or working improperly, artwork hanging crooked by one screw, outside picnic area framing leaning, etc

The beds were horrible. Anytime you repositioned in bed a made a loud booming noise. We ask for another room due to the awful bed noise. The staff was gracious and assigned a new room. The same problem with the bed but not as loud as the first room. The repair man that came to try and repair the bed in the first room informed us they were fairly new beds. You all got robbed

No elevator to 2nd floor. Bed frames were noisy. Hot water in bathtub could have been hotter faucet handle loose, drain plug leaked. Hot tub not hot only 100 degrees jets didn't work well.

Great pool, very accommodating host, nice cleaning staff, good breakfast, good location for getting to eating and nightlife sites, parking space for carts. Recently renovated in part. Excellent picnic area with great BBQ pits.

Could hear people moving around upstairs, close to town, not so close to beach, but good cart access out the rear of property.

The room still smelled clean the next day. We had some issues but staff took care of it right away. Ac worked great on first floor.

Opened door to my room and it had not been cleaned yet. Maid was next door but didn't speak English she called another person over and he got us a new room right away.Our family on second floor said their AC was not working well. Ours on first floor was great. Breakfast was mostly carbs.
