THEY HAD PEOPLE AT THE FRONT OF THE PROPERTY TO CHECK YOU IN. THE SUITE WAS CLEAN AND PLENTY OF CLEAN TOWELS AND THERE WERE DISHES FOR US TO UTILIZE IF NEEDED. THEIR COMMUNICATION WAS ALSO VERY GOOD! IT WAS ALSO REALLY CLOSE TO THE BEACH AND THEY HAD A WALKWAY AND WASH-OFF STATION AS WELL.

MY EMAIL DIDN'T SEND CORRECTLY TO THE WEBSITE DUE TO BOOKING ON BOOKING.COM - BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HELPED ME OUT WITH GETTING IT RESOLVED BEFORE CHECKING IN.

There wasn't any breakfast. When we got there the office was close, we called the number provided and a lady was being really rude when I was telling her for our door number. I finally hung up and called back a man answered this time and he helped he really quickly and had all my Questions answered.

Pictures were very accurate. And the view was just as pictured. Quiet place to stay

Checking in after being booked on Booking.com was a little tricky but we figured it out. If you needed anything you had to call the local number, kind of a hassle.

The room was just right for our needs. The pool was fantastic and the walk to the beach was very nice.

There where no complaints about our room.

Didn't get in till after hours and got a notification with my door code but not my unit number so I had to call in and it took awhile to them to figure out which unit was mine

close to the beach and fit my family of 4 very comfortably.

the beds are too soft for my liking, but again that’s just me. we did find 1 small roach and some ants inside.

Walking distance to beach. Property monitored so only guests and workers allowed in.

Really cute and beachy, close to beach, cute complex, nice pool and place kept up nicely, good bang for your buck

The dresser was broken. It had four drawers, which we were hoping allowed for one drawer per person but one drawer was full and one was completely broken with no bottom so there was only enough space for two people to have their clothes unpacked and the other two had to live out of a suitcase for a few days. The unit needs a bit more storage. Cooking is really challenging - only a couple pots / pans, no dishwasher, and no hot water in sink so really no way to actually clean dishes; pot came with oil in it. TV doesn’t allow changing volume… maxed out on really low volume

Location was great

Fridge and ac were loud and no insulation between us and the apartment above. We could hear them talking, walking around and opening and closing things. This was not great at 3 am.

I liked that it was small but roomy.

I didn’t like that it was so far away from beach the pictures made it seem like it had it’s own beach access I thought it was closer and when I booked it said there was a back patio and there was not.
