It was nice and comfortable

In the middle of the night when I was watching TV I killed about three cockroaches that came from under the TV stand.

Convenient locality, nearby is Kroger and various places for breakfast/coffee/lunch. Hotel offers a slight breakfast, just sweet cereals and coffee/hot water/juice. Room was spacious, bed comfortable, towels clean and I really appreciate a small fridge and a microwave owen.

The room was cleaned first after a few days, then once again, but then it stopped. Air condition was enormously loud. If I had no ear plugs with me, sleeping would be hardly possible. Also a nearby commercial building made an annoying noisy hiss every few minutes. Also an ice maker in the yard was perfect.

We stayed there a couple of years ago and was nice and clean so decided to stay again. They have upgraded since then and even nicer. Clean and comfortable with lots of space. Had refrigerator and micowave and nice size tv. with FOX CHANNEL. We called ahead to be sure we got a downstairs no smoking room and that is what we got.

There was not a coffee maker but we don't drink coffee so not a problem. There was coffee at front desk. There was a space under door that could let cold in if ever got cold in Houston.

Great location, not really in an unsafe area. Lots of shops and restaurants right around the corner, walking distance if you really want to. Stayed here for an extended stay from Sunday to Saturday and never once felt uncomfortable or bothered. Traveled with my partner and we both enjoyed our stay here

The checkin guy was very kind and let me check in early and leave a little late. For what you pay it’s a great deal. The room was clean and there was even a little picnic area with a grill. This is a decent long term place too with a little stove top, fridge and microwave. I’d absolutely stay here again.

The light outside at night was really bright and the drapes didn't block it well enough. So the room was really bright during the night

What I like and/or love about the property is most importantly is location, location, location.. The Staff is very much friendly.. The night view is awesome… The rooms are nice and clean, the incredibly comfortable bed offers great rest, and that’s incredibly necessary.. And to mention I love the amenities, the walk in shower, the sliding door to the entrance, just to name a few……

No dislikes… just that I wish I could have extended my stay for additional night …

Although it was hard to communicate with the room service we did get all requests taken care of during our stay.

Although our room was not the upgrade we had initially booked ignoring that made things appreciative during our stay.

Stay at this location every 6-8 weeks visiting grandchildren. We love this location ok n.Had a problem this time with loud noises upstairs from. 10p -2A our last night this trip.Call office to ask if some one could ask the roofers to stop running,jumping, moving furniture? do we could sleep.Didnt stop.Ask clerk if they'd did anything ...acted like he knew nothing about it....
