I like that the property wasnt too big. Plenty of parking. pool and hot tub was great. Smelled like pine sol my favorite. lol breakfast was pretty good as well. lots of options. Definitely going to stay here again when im in town.

The room i was in was kind of small for an accessibility room. That was the only thing i didnt like but thats not going to stop me from coming back because theres more pros than cons.

The location was great, easy access on and off the I-15. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by. Breakfast option were good.

The pool was freezing, but the hot tub was wonderful. The shower head didn't adjust to spray towards the back of the bathtub. Also the plug for the bathtub was broken and wouldn't plug up the water.

Very clean, staff was amazing , and breakfast was awesome…. Apparently my lil ones seen a kid dial 9-1-1 on tv and decided to try it out when I was washing my face. Thank goodness the staff was super understanding and I was absolutely humiliated. I can’t wait to go stay on our next visit to thanksgiving Point😊😊😊😊

Nothing it was a great place

One of the staff named JD (I believe) was very friendly, asked us how our day was & if there is anything we needed in our room. Our stay was for 5 nights He made it most welcoming! Not crazy about the instant eggs a little watery and please make the coffee/hot water area more visible to your guests after hours. A very pleasant, safe & clean hotel.

The breakfast was delicious and the facility was very clean. The woman who worked the breakfast shift was very sweet, and a hard worker. Give her a raise!

Our beds weren't remade each day. Someone came in and brought new soap, but didn't make the beds or remove used cups or bottles. We would have also appreciated not having to pay for bottled water each day.

I got an extra charge on my bill for a towel that had watermelon on it. The towel can be washed and returned to normal use. I should not have been charged for this.

Clerk was quick to respond to try to fix the problems w both the broken problems, but also tried to "fix" them.

Both the refrigerator & a/c were broken. The clerk on duty tried to fix them but they needed more work. I expected there to be a microwave in the room. The elevator was a bit frightening as it jerked & bumped. At one point it w/ upon arriving on the appropriate floor, the door didn't open. When I reported it to the management, they said that help was on its way.

The breakfast was good. It was a hot breakfast with many options. Also the hot tub was very nice to sit in.

I would say the only thing I wish was that pool was a little warmer. It is an indoor pool so I was hoping it would be warm even during winter season. Also, the beds weren't bad but my shoulders hurt while sleeping so I had to rotate several times at night but that just may be me because of the bed I'm use too.

The staff was very pleasant. I had an issue with our room keys. They took care of it in a very professional manner. They even laughed at my silly jokes! :)

The beds were a little soft. The handle on the tub faucet was hard to use.

While it was very close to the Interstate highway, we heard no traffic sounds once we were inside. Parking was simple and convenient, and there were plenty of both fast food and dining-in choices within a mile of the hotel. Also nearby were full-service grocery stores, movies, bowling... plenty of things to do. Also within a 10 minute drive was Thanksgiving Point with its museums and exhibits.

We missed having a microwave oven in the room.
