I loved the hospitality of the staff. We also loved how timely they were on everything. The building itself in the hallways is a bit outdated as well as the stairwells, but everything else was amazing. Our room was clean and they came at the same time everyday to clean the rooms. We saw them actually cleaning too, so that was a bonus. breakfast was included on our stay. They do have a pool/hot tub area which is a bit dated and old but very usable. Overall I would recommend this place over most other of the hotels with how affordable it was and how kind and quick the staff was with everything.

The honest of staff, from the cleaning people to the manager. I accidentally left my day planner, which had my ID in it and some toiletries. I had checked out, went to my seminar for the day. As I was ready to leave the seminar, I realized my day planner was missing. I contacted Comfort Inn opening housekeeping had found my planner, which they did. Went to pick up my planner, the manager handed me a plastic bag that not only had my ID, and planner. It also contained some of my toiletries, I did not realize I left behind on the bed.

We stayed at this property years ago when our kids were little. It is close to home but "away" We returned to relive that fun with grandkids in tow. It's easy to get to close to lots of eateries.

When we got there there was a concern that the main pool was out of order. Unfortunately, using the inside pool in the middle of winter was one of reasons we returned to this location. Fortunately, the hot tub was in good shape and while the big pool water was cooler than normal . Everyone who wanted to swim did and had a lovely time.

The beds needed more foam to make it more comfortable. I hated the jet engine in the bathroom. It was so noisy and made showering, toilet, awful. The area with the sink needs more space for toiletries.

Location was great and also the front desk was friendly.

We stayed two nights and the first night every time we walked down the hall to our room we could smell smoke and I’m pretty sure it was a non-smoking area.

I like the location and the rooms were very clean as well.

I had one problem, the morning male clerk with the brownish hair had an attitude like I was bother to him when checking in. Oh, and when giving me back my change he shorted me 10.00 and then it seem he got upset when I corrected him and threw my 10. On the counter, so that is the only thing that I had issues with

Hard to find by GPS. You need a clear address the GPS will find. thanksgiving Point Area is not a clear address. Why not give the exit no from the freeway as a hint for the address. Also, It would be handy to have an lamp and outlet on the computer desk. Good breakfast

Had a sister/daughter Grandaughter reunion and had the time of our lives. The staff helped make it a forever party for us and we will come again!!!!!

Breakfast was delicious and readily available!! No wait.

That another hotel guest was rude that she and her kids bombed their way thru the line and then asked a bunch of questions about the meals prep and cook times.

Location, cleanliness

TV guide on TV does not match actual channels. A correct guide would be less frustrating - perhaps an actual paper guide with correct channels.
