I checked in after 11pm, Saturday April 20th. I was treated with welcoming hospitality by the front desk staff member: Allen. I've never been addressed as "Mr." followed by my last name yet something about Allen's confidently professional tone made me feel worthy of a restful nights stay and assuring that I chose the best place to stay. My stay was beyond delightful that I overslept pass checkout time. The halls and cleaning crew were so quiet that it took me a minute to register where I was at. Thank you Hampton Inn Sandy for the peaceful abundance this facility and its Staff provided us with. P.S. There was a small wait at first as Allen was making his rounds providing abundance throughout the Hampton. This was a perfect opportunity for me to simply be, not get mad that I had to wait but instead practice patience and be present. That was soothing.

Location was great, close to restaurants, shopping, gas, etc. Comfortable bed. Nice room. Large TV with good selection of channels.

Mini frig had very small freezer, better than no freezer but too small to hold my blue ice packs. Coffee in the lobby was available 24 hours but wasn't drinkable, I went to the gas station next door.

The location was great, easy access to and from the freeway, as well as within distance of several places to eat. The staff was great, everyone was friendly and helpful.

Our shower had a constant drip, and I didn’t care for the curtains. I like natural light, but because of the type of curtain, the only options were to open all the way with no other privacy, or keep closed with no light.

The room was clean and it was fairly quiet. It was close to shopping areas, eating establishments and other various activities. We have stayed here before and that is why we booked it for this trip, because we liked it. The staff was very courteous and friendly, and they were available around the clock.

Initial room was on freeway side. Was noisy and window was very dirty (noticable with heavy sun). Was able to move to other side on parking lot which was much better.

Been a long while since I've been in Utah to ski, probably 12 years. Location to skiing not as good now as traffic is way worse (not fault of Hampton, just not as easy to get to Brighton - took an hour there and back; Snowbird was better),

Young man who checked us in was very friendly and knowledgeable. Clean sheets and the fresh bedding are always something I love about Hampton.

I ate oatmeal and it was great. A little more hot foods would be great, like potatoes with the eggs and sausage. Maybe bananas or more fruit too.

I drove 14 hours before arriving at Hampton. Checking in was easy & my room was clean & ready for me. My teenage granddaughter and I used the hot tub before bed & both of us slept so comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast & coffee the next morning before continuing on our journey. I was rested & ready to go. The staff was very friendly & helpful.

There was nothing to dislike

Previous guest unplugged the phone had to fish out the cord from behind the side table,tepid water for tea when we arrived,broken ice machines on all except first floor

Conveniently located. Close to Salt Lake City but far enough away for some peace and quiet. Several restaurants and stores nearby. Young woman at the front desk who checked us in was very pleasant. Staff in general were very nice and helpful.. The bathroom was very clean, room was ample-sized. Plenty of electric plugs, decent lighting. Ample parking. Adjacent to I-15 so great location. Ability to open the window for some fresh air. Many Hamptons have windows you can't open.

Our view was terrible. We had a view of the air conditioning system for the entire hotel. Would have liked a nicer view, especially with all the mountains in the area.

Breakfast was limited for me, I’m a vegetarian and don’t eat sugar so there weren’t many options.

Ice machine on my floor didn’t work. Blow dryer in room 220 didn’t work
