Room was clean, small fridge and microwave, good seating. Breakfast was above average for this type of place (decent options in both fresh food and hot).

Pool is the size of a large hot tub, hot tub is the size of a large Jacuzzi. In other words, all very small. And the pool was extremely muggy, no way to get fresh air in. The air system in room was a little persnickety. In the end it worked ok, but had to learn that the thermostat does nothing, it just teases you; you have to control it from the unit itself; and the fan mode seemed to change inexplicably a couple of times.

When we first got there, everything was amazing.We walked in in the reception area you could smell bleach and clean in supplies?Knowing that it was clean when we got to our room it was out of this world the beds were new.The pillows were newish.There was no stains on the couch which you would normally find in these type of hotels ..nothing! The staff was friendly and smiling all the.time Breakfast was fantastic! I will always stay at this hotel! Everything was fabulous

for our situation it was a very nice stay. Rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. They made sure we enjoyed our stay and every morning and night we were met with a smile from the front desk staff. Rex was his name I believe who helped me out and he was an amazing employee.

The only think I wish was better was the fact that one entrance was closed due to construction and they had a sign in the elevator that was unclear on the construction on the 3rd floor.

The indoor pool & hot tub, beds & breakfast was great.

The leaky a.c. in the room, leaked water constantly onto the floor and smelt moldy. Asked for towels & room service to make up the beds and towel up the leaking water...they never did.

Pool, breakfast included, very kind staff, great accommodations for 6 people- 2 queens and a pull out bed! Great value for the price!

Updates were nice, there could have been a few more loose ends tied up like the grout in the tile needed touched up in a few spots and the handle in the bathroom door wasn’t quite the right size.

Great location near shopping mall, decent size parking lot, helpful staff, pool…

My only complaint is about curtains; they are not providing enough dark in room in the morning; and not enough privacy during night - guests from hotel across the street can literally look into your room. One more thing, air ventilation in bathroom should be cleaned; dust is clearly visible.

The hotel room was beautiful and very comfortable. The beds were fantastic and I slept great.

I would have liked the breakfast to last until at least 10 instead of 9:30. I went at 9:20. There were several people coming in at the same time and they had stopped putting out breakfast items. It was very limited.

I enjoyed breakfast, the Pancake machine could be a bit more better. the machine often was making small and not uniformed pancakes. I was hoping it would be better. Overall, the food selection was good.

Beds were extremely comfortable, and the room accommodated me and my family perfectly. Breakfast was exceptional, and the staff were amazing and helpful. Very clean rooms.

Pool and jacuzzi were being renovated. (Which means it's going to be even more amazing when it's done)

Nice size room. Breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly, nice and helpful. The location was great.

The shower was very mediocre 😕. We never could take a nice warm shower, it was luke warm. The maintenance man tried to fix it but it didn't change. The towels were very rough.
