it has such a cozy feel to it! all of the staff i encountered were super friendly and genuinely seemed happy. the breakfast had multiple options, all of which were pretty good! i was definitely a fan of the 24/7 coffee and hot chocolate machine the pool and hot tub were amazing, too! the bed and pillows were comfy, the shower was easy to understand and held temperature very well i'd definitely return here!

my only 'complaint' is that not a lot of towels were provided in the bathroom initially, but even then it wasn't a big issue at all

I like the staff there. I’ve gotten close to a few staff members thru out the years I’ve been staying there. There is all sorts of hotels around there and I still seem to find my way back there. Oh and the beds are so comfortable and the towels are awesome!

Well, it’s probably for a good cause but there is soo many cameras around it makes even me uncomfortable. There was one right above the outside of my door. And I did not like that. I don’t think they should be above ANY room door. It’s a privacy/nosey concern/issue I guess.

The breakfast was a good value for the money. They had chilled almond milk for those of us with dairy product issues. 24 hour filtered water, tea and fresh ground (grinds just before brewing) coffee. Windows opened for fresh air, an absolute must for me. Maria (from Venezuela) was excellent and despite her limited English was very kind and helpful. I speak Spanish, so we were able to also have detailed conversations in which I probably bothered her too much, but she was always kind.

There could have been more whole food content in the breakfast… but I know that is expensive…

Clean rooms, nice setup of room, close to our event at the expo center. Bed is nice and firm. Slept there really well. Food is okay and coffee is excellent.

No microwave in room, have to pay more for one in a room that has one. People let their baby in the hot tub and next day hot tub was closed down for the other 3 days of our stay. Staff didn’t know how to restart the hot tub to heat the water so it can be worm.

exceeded our expectations for Best Western chain. Clean and comfortable. Not fancy but decent breakfast. Really not much to complain about. Beds are comfortable. Request made over email prior to our arrival was accommodated.

One thing to note.. Sofa bed is pretty much not useable..even child can feel every spring on that mattress.

Sandy is a great location! Lots of stores & restaurants around and so close to the beautiful mountains. Hotel has a gym and pool, laundry, and comes with breakfast and coffee. Room was very clean and bed was comfy. Front desk staff was friendly, but we asked for recommendations in the area and he seemed to not have any info. Would be helpful if staff was knowledgeable!

The location is great, right off I -15. The room was very comfortable . I particularly liked that the bathroom fan was an option and didn't come on automatically like in so many hotel rooms. Little things like that can get very annoying.

The only thing I didn't like was that there was no routine cleaning, emptying garbage or restocking of coffee and toiletries until the 4th day. I don't mind not having my sheets changed or getting new towels every day, but I shouldn't have to ask for more coffee or not have the garbage cans emptied. That said, when I did request more coffee from the front desk, I thought I would get it the next morning, but within 10 minutes someone delivered it along with more cups to my door. Very service oriented.

Thank you for having non-dairy milk options at breakfast and tea all day. Even though the hotel isn't too far from the major roads, it is well sound-proofed. Only 20 mins from Alta Ski resort. Includes breakfast! Can't beat the price.

Rooms were clean but could have been cleaner

The breakfast was PHENOMENAL. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We did have an issue with our shower, but they were receptive, and sent maintenance the next day.

The only thing that wasn't "top notch" was the issue with our shower curtain rod being broken - thus, we were not able to shut the curtain, nor did the drain work well. The staff, however, was receptive to our report.

#1, the staff. Very friendly and helpful. It was a pleasant surprise to see they made the bed daily and serviced the room. Good location and close to amenities. The bathroom was clean and in good repair. In many places I’ve stayed, there’s always something wrong with the bathroom. A sketchy bathroom will always earn a poor rating
