The hotel was beautiful, very clean and up to date. I was greeted by Ava at the front desk. As delightful, kind and helpful as she is beautiful. My friends and I had a very comfortable stay, beds were cozy and the room is equipped with everything you could need. Lots of thought given to every detail for charging or working in the room if needed. Shower was hot and had an excellent flow. Towels thick and fluffy. We watched an adorable movie using prime(our own account) we were able to keep our wine and snacks chilled in the fridge. It was ideal for us and a lovely break from RV travel. Oh fantastic breakfast was included! Great selection and the lady in charge kept everything filled to the brim and spotless. I highly recommend this hotel.

Plenty of dishes, full fridge and stove top and kitchen sink. Effective light block curtains, Super comfy bed. Always love to be able to refuse housekeeping when I am there only a couple of days -- feels much more private. Very appreciated. Helpful to be next to a fine supermarket.

Iron sole plate was scratched and covered with burned-on crud, so feared to use on my dress for the wedding. Was counting on that. Also counting on a hairdryer. Perhaps there was one at the desk, but not in the room. No time to ask for it. Interesting 3 containers in the shower. I will never know which was soap, shampoo, or hair conditioner, because the labels were invisible to my old eyes. Bring a magnifying lens next time I come?

I liked the fruit at breakfast... we were here 3 weeks ago. This time we got the sofa and king bed, where last time we had 2 queens, but no sofa. Love the totally equipped kitchen, found the hair dryer in this room (which I couldn't see last time) and located which of the 3 nearly identical containers held the body wash. Almost zero, ground-level shower with adequate handrails. I did miss my exercise bike, but otherwise the fitness room is great. Nice location beside major supermarket.

Excellent staff first of all! Breakfast, fitness, and pool/whirlpool were amazing. Rooms were very clean. Loved the complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash

The paper products (i.e. toilet paper and tissues were of very poor quality). There was cold air blowing in from underneath the heating unit (so the room temperature was never consistent). There was very little information about the hotel available in the room (including the TV info). There was so much noise from the room above us and the hallway, etc. - it was difficult to sleep.

The refrigerator was brand new and they hadn't ran very much ice through the maker. Ice tasted like plastic 🤢 Run the ice for a few days after install!!!

The property was good. I didn’t like that breakfast was only served until 9am. I was just getting up then. I liked that there was a good grocery store a couple blocks away though.

The front desk person, Kathrine was so sweet. I booked, then canceled, then had to rebook all in a span of an hour. She was so helpful and easy to work with even though my situation had to be super annoying.

The pet fee was a non-refundable $100. I understand paying a little extra to have my dog ($25-50) but $100 was very steep. In the hotel's defense, after calling around to multiple other hotels in the Salt Lake area, $75-100 was the norm for a pet fee.

Convenient location, great and friendly staff, full kitchen, pool, gym. And breakfast.

The location was surprisingly convenient to everywhere I needed to be. I had a cosmetic procedure done and the hotel was easy to get in and out of. I loved how the room had a full kitchen which made it so easy to accommodate after a surgery. The room was clean and spacious. the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. I loved the toiletries they provided. I will definitely stay here again!
