Very helpful staff esp the front desk. Quick check in and very helpful Connie who organized our shuttle for airport as well as check in. She organized a lyft as hotel shuttle rounds began later. We had to leave for airport at 7am and in the morning, we told manager Jessica that our golf bag might not fit in lyft car so she drove the hotel shuttle herself to drop us off to airport. That is truly impressive how helpful she was!! Amazing employees willing to help guests above and beyond!

There was no body lotion in bathroom but the front desk promptly sent it to our room within 5 minutes of our request.

We thoroughly enjoyed the relaxed, cafeteria-style breakfast area, which offered a fresh, well-prepared selection far above what you'd expect from typical budget self-serve ‘free’ breakfasts. The food was clearly made with more care—hot items were flavorful, pastries were fresh, and everything was cleanly presented. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive, making for a welcoming start to each day. Room access was smooth and convenient, and the property’s location stood out. What truly set this property apart was the neighborhood—a peaceful, tree-lined setting that offered refreshing, scenic views unlike the more commercial surroundings of nearby hotels. It felt like a quiet retreat amid the bustle.

It was clean and comfortable, and the location was great. The room was large with a sitting area, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The breakfast was plentiful with a lot of options. Other food options within walking distance. The Maverick Stadium is within walking distance. Laundry is $1 for wash and $1 to dry. I didn't use the pool. Too many kids. Staff is friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

The only issue I had was the premium channels had volume issues. I'd rather it just not be an option if it doesn't work properly. Also, it would be great if all hotels signed into Netflix and other apps with a general username and password so my info doesn't need to be utilized. Netflix should have a corporate option.

Location, close to airport but in quiet area. Comfortable room, comfy bed. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Cracker Barrel Store right opposite. Big bonus Maverick Stadium home of the Grizzlies Ice Hockey Team 3 minutes walk through the car park. Free parking. Indoor pool available. Free buffet breakfast. For airport Hotel good value. Free shuttle bus to airport if required.

Only a few small things : We were on 3rd floor above ?kitchen area so noise from the vents etc disturbed my sleep overnight but I'm a light sleeper. No kettle.

Easy to find, outside & lobby looks good We got in a little early but still able to check in & got our requested ground floor room Room was really spacious, clean & love the double sink Best room we had on this trip Breakfast was excellent. Best one on this trip. Maybe why the price is a little high.

A little noisy in the hallway with kids running around Price is a little bit high Bed sags in the middle & uncomfortable for the back Shower water pressure was so good but took a long time to get warm(waste of water) & was almost done when it finally got hot. Follow up on the water problem: Someone from upper management actually communicated with me about this, found the problem & waiting for the part to get it fixed.

Great location, just off 215 and less than half a block from the Maverik Center. By two really awesome bars and food choices, if you don't want a restaurant, a 5 min Ubr/Lyft ride or car or walk if you really like walking, to the Valley Fair Mall.

The free breakfast was kind of meh and the pool was super chlorinated, I get why, but it was a bit much oh and the hot tub wasn't hot nor did it bubble, I mean you could fart underwater, and get better bubbles than what the hot tub was producing. At one point it didn't even finish and gave up before the timer ended which means it only lasted 5 minutes into a 15-minute session, the beds can relate.

The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and we loved the microwave in the room which we used. Lots of restaurants nearby within walking distance. The Free shuttle to the airport was not operating early enough for our flight so they paid for a lyft car to collect us. Now that is service! Lovely complimentary breakfast with good variety of options.

The breakfast at this property was pretty good, providing variety. One morning the eggs were slightly cold, but overall, the breakfast for good and was included in the price we paid to stay. We enjoyed the pool and hotntub.

Of the four staff members we interacted with, 2 of them were very friendly and helpful and two were fine but not overly helpful.

The room was nice sized, having the oversized recliner in the corner was amazing with the baby!! Pool was great and accessible for people with mobility issues. Thermostat was already going when we got there so we didn’t have to wait for it to cool down or heat up. Staff was patient and accommodating.

Just make sure you call in advance to schedule shuttle to airport (Lyft) if outside of the 8-8 or 8-10.

The staff, all three I interacted with, were superb - helpful, friendly, smart. Breakfast was ok. Location excellent, near enough to the good stuff, but very quiet. Nice pillows, kind of rare these days - they weren't the size of ocean liners and my head didn't bounce off them.
