The room was spacious, everything was very clean and the breakfast was excellent as far as free hotel breakfasts go. Everything was very comfortable, the beds were nice and everything in the room worked well and was as expected.

The noise cancellation left something to be desired. I could definitely hear truck and motorcycle engines clearly in the parking lot and I could hear my neighbor listening to music and singing in the mornings. My only other gripe was that I seemed to have to get my key reactivated every day after checkout time despite being booked for three nights.

Check-in was fast and friendly. Our room was close to lobby and the stairs were faster than taking the elevator. We missed breakfast because we forgot Utah was an hour ahead of where we traveled from. My travel companion did find what looked like a mouse dropping in her bed in the morning. She left it on the nightstand with a note. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet we slept well. Shower was nice and bathrooms were clean and stocked with plenty of towels and toiletries.

We did not like finding the mouse dropping in the bed.

Staff wasn’t the friendliest. Had an attitude since I checked in and they even cancelled my booking and tried to say Booking.com called that morning and cancelled the booking when I never requested it and booking didn’t show the reservation was cancelled when looking at my booking online and when I called and spoke to an associate at Booking.com…

Staff were so nice and helpful. I have to come to SLC for med appts and have not had one great experience in the places ive stayed until I stsyed at Country Inn by Raddison. How refreshing to be treated with some kindness and respect by staff. 🥰

The only thing I would change is the quality of the bed mattress. It felt like an older mattress and wasnt comfortsble.

Everything was great. Staff was awesome. Dawn and Autumn helped with everything we needed.

There was one night staff her name was Sierra who was very rude to me in front of 2 of my kids. She had an attitude and made it seem like I was bothering her.

I love the location. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. The bed is quite comfortable.

The ice machine broke when I was here last month and I was really disappointed that it was still broken on this stay. Also, I stayed for four days and I had to get a new key each day cause it wouldn’t work.

Scrambled eggs were cold, no heat under them. Same for the sausage. The fresh waffles were good, real maple syrup would be wonderful. Hours could be longer, or start a bit later.

Pool should be open much earlier. I like to have a swim, and then have breakfast. Pool should be available to use before checkout time, and later in the evening for adults only during a quiet time.

There was quite a large breakfast with lots of choices! I'm pretty picky and rarely eat breakfast. But they had some things I liked. I also liked how at the front desk they had a breakfast menu of what days were what.

Our toilet broke on us the last day, the chain anyways. Im pretty sure they kept my $200 deposit for it even though that was just an upkeep item that should've been on the hotel.

Our room was good, comfortable and keep extending because it was roomy and felt like home.

At some point I felt like I’m being watched and I unplugged something that looks like a camera. The ice machine wasn’t working, the lady at the breakfast don’t want people eating there very stingy face.

The night staff was absolutely wonderful. We got there super late due to a delayed flight. But she made the check in very easy and she was very understanding to our situation

Nothing to dislike, I can see that they were going through some remodeling and repair work but it did not hinder our trip at all.
