I was treated really well when checking in. I was given a plug to be able to charge my phone which I very muc h appreciated.

When reserving my room online through Booking.com, it said the deposit was $50 but at checking in, it was $100. The room didn’t have direct charging outlets and I didn’t have a plug

Very friendly staff, having breakfast available every morning. Being able to relax and soak in hot tub. Made room accommodations to our request and even changed our room to disability room which should of got in first place due to needing it afer all.

The microwave being so low to ground and door where fridge was not necessary.

The breakfast was great and staff attentive. The room was excellent clean and roomy.

Everything was great.

The property was very clean and the beds were actually really comfortable. the hotel was also within 10 to 15 minutes of all our vacation activities.

The only negative was the breakfast Saturday morning, the food ran out frequently as well as plates. The food was good when it was available but who knows if they had staffing trouble that morning or what. The staff was friendly through the stress so that was a positive.

When we checked in our refrigerator wasn't working. Josh, the desk clerk went out of his way to replace it. With our permission he exchanged them while we were out to dinner. He even took the things we had placed in the fridge into the new one.

The hot tub was out of order.

location, clean, comfortable, the front desk was accommodating. I told the person at the front desk that I wanted a room on the first floor if possible. she said they didn’t have any. then she said hold on, and went and asked housekeeping if a room was ready. she got me into a room on the first floor. I appreciated it very much.

Everything was nice. The hotel was clean and decorated nicely. The breakfast was good. I've always liked Holiday Inns :)

That there wasn't maid service. Why should we pay the same price without maid service. The night staff wasn't very friendly. She acted like people were an inconvenience. Maybe she was just having an off weekend.

I loved the location. It was close to everything I needed to be at.

I hated the fact that my room card wouldn’t open any of the side doors. I had to walk completely around to the front door to get in.

Beds are comfortable, room was great for my family, especially when we stayed for 3 nights.

I just had a problem with our door lock. It took awhile for the maintenance to get to it. But it was fixed

I think the breakfast should have started earlier considering early morning travellers.

The breakfast was kind of 2nd rate and late starting compared to other hotels
