The location was nice. Area clean. Hotel clean and welcoming. Hot showers and nice amenities. Breakfast was ok. Pancake machine was broke but the coffee was amazing.

The bed was too firm. The air conditioner could wake the dead it was so loud. As soon as the ac would start quietly humming it would shut off. Then crank back on loudly, rev up loudly before humming quietly. It caused a very miserable sleeping experience. Check in process was messed up. Lady kept telling us we had 2 rooms when we only reserved one. It was a 20 minute ordeal to figure out we only had one room reserved. Then once checked in, we got an email that the hotel was booked and our reservation was moved to another hotel. It was all very confusing and a confirmation of why we don't normally stay in hotels.

Relatively new hotel in business district in South Salt Lake City. Friendly staff with advices on restaurnants around. Room big enough for our purpose and we slept well on our obe night stay. There is a billard table in the entrance area. Good breakfast included with omlette , fresh pancake machine and acceptable coffee

I like how convenient it is. It’s affordable. There is everything you need within the same parking lot. Staff is amazing and everyone around it very nice.

On this trip back to the city we forgot a tooth brush for someone now there is a WinCo in the parking lot and it’s really not that serious but it would have been so easy to run down stairs vs across the street due to the cold but it was truly okay.

Midvale is well communicated with SLC and other towns on the south. Hotel is new and rooms are in great shape. It’s clean and it has richer breakfasts than other hotels I visited on my trip to US.

The AC units are noisy! You need to shut them down at night to sleep but then there’s no other way to cool down.

I loved that It was not to close or to far to the City's travel sites. It was very clean and tidy all around the hotel. Staff was very helpful with all the issues we had in our room. I also enjoyed the pool table they had and that it was very baby friendly.

The only thing that bummed us out was that I had requested a rollaway bed online and it was approved but upon arrival it was not an option they had.

This hotel is always extremely clean. I love how each room has no carpet and the beds are just on platforms so everything can be cleaned and stay clean easily too! It’s also in an amazing location—close enough to SLC but enough away to not feel like you’re in the hustle and bustle of the city. It’s near a TopGolf but that doesn’t affect anything in my opinion. The free breakfast is nice and the hotel staff are friendly enough!

Our room, the halls, and all areas of the hotel were SUPER clean. I am a clean freak and easily get grossed out and this was probably the most clean and comfortable I’ve felt staying somewhere! It smelled so clean all the time (not like strong cleaner, just clean) and you could tell they really put in extra effort to sanitize everything! Their breakfast was amazing too. Fresh pancakes with a toppings bar, fruit, yogurt, omelettes made from actual eggs, sausage, bagels/english muffins, oatmeal w/ toppings, and cereal. Great coffee too! This place has a bunch of fun areas to hang out in, inside and outside. We were able to just relax and enjoy the weather and views while reading, playing games, and more. Location wise, this was perfect. WinCo (grocery store), nice Maverick gas station, Top Golf, and plenty of restaurants are all walkable but you still feel like you’re not right in the middle of it all!

The staff could be friendlier. They weren’t rude, but they could have had more zeal!

Great location. Breakfast had a variety and was hot and fresh. Coffee was excellent and always available. The room was comfortable and had a good amount of space for luggage. The bathroom was large and the shower was very nice. The hotel was quiet, clean, and in a safe area. Would definitely stay here again!

Would have liked a kettle or coffee maker in the room. Other than that, it was great!

The breakfast was nice, and the room was comfortable to stay in. I enjoyed having the soap dispenser rather than little bottles. The staff was nice and the room was comfortable. There was an iron which was good, because we needed it to iron our nice clothes for an event.

The shower had hair all over the floor. That was the grossest part of the whole stay. The lights were strange, because it didn't have a top light on the ceiling, so we didn't seem to have enough light. The view was also strange, but we had a room next to a wall.

I thought it was a good breakfast they had omelette, bakin or sausage,hot clerical with toppings, cold cereal, yogurt with some toppings if you wanted, pancakes bagel & toast juice, milks. Complimentary tea,coffee hot chocolate all day.

There wasn’t anything I disliked about it.
