I like how convenient it is. It’s affordable. There is everything you need within the same parking lot. Staff is amazing and everyone around it very nice.

On this trip back to the city we forgot a tooth brush for someone now there is a WinCo in the parking lot and it’s really not that serious but it would have been so easy to run down stairs vs across the street due to the cold but it was truly okay.

I loved that It was not to close or to far to the City's travel sites. It was very clean and tidy all around the hotel. Staff was very helpful with all the issues we had in our room. I also enjoyed the pool table they had and that it was very baby friendly.

The only thing that bummed us out was that I had requested a rollaway bed online and it was approved but upon arrival it was not an option they had.

Our room, the halls, and all areas of the hotel were SUPER clean. I am a clean freak and easily get grossed out and this was probably the most clean and comfortable I’ve felt staying somewhere! It smelled so clean all the time (not like strong cleaner, just clean) and you could tell they really put in extra effort to sanitize everything! Their breakfast was amazing too. Fresh pancakes with a toppings bar, fruit, yogurt, omelettes made from actual eggs, sausage, bagels/english muffins, oatmeal w/ toppings, and cereal. Great coffee too! This place has a bunch of fun areas to hang out in, inside and outside. We were able to just relax and enjoy the weather and views while reading, playing games, and more. Location wise, this was perfect. WinCo (grocery store), nice Maverick gas station, Top Golf, and plenty of restaurants are all walkable but you still feel like you’re not right in the middle of it all!

The staff could be friendlier. They weren’t rude, but they could have had more zeal!

This hotel is always extremely clean. I love how each room has no carpet and the beds are just on platforms so everything can be cleaned and stay clean easily too! It’s also in an amazing location—close enough to SLC but enough away to not feel like you’re in the hustle and bustle of the city. It’s near a TopGolf but that doesn’t affect anything in my opinion. The free breakfast is nice and the hotel staff are friendly enough!

The breakfast was nice, and the room was comfortable to stay in. I enjoyed having the soap dispenser rather than little bottles. The staff was nice and the room was comfortable. There was an iron which was good, because we needed it to iron our nice clothes for an event.

The shower had hair all over the floor. That was the grossest part of the whole stay. The lights were strange, because it didn't have a top light on the ceiling, so we didn't seem to have enough light. The view was also strange, but we had a room next to a wall.

The location was great! I was able to get groceries, a car wash and gasoline all in one city block. I appreciated the custom care I received, especially from Trish when I checked in, and later, when I was in dire need of emotional attention. (My love died in November, and I brought his ashes back to his family for a memorial.) It truly was a rough time for me. Trish and other staff were really good to me. Of course, they were always professional and kind, but when it was geared toward me, their attentiveness was phenomenal!

I wish I had had a microwave in my room.

Great location. Breakfast had a variety and was hot and fresh. Coffee was excellent and always available. The room was comfortable and had a good amount of space for luggage. The bathroom was large and the shower was very nice. The hotel was quiet, clean, and in a safe area. Would definitely stay here again!

Would have liked a kettle or coffee maker in the room. Other than that, it was great!

I thought it was a good breakfast they had omelette, bakin or sausage,hot clerical with toppings, cold cereal, yogurt with some toppings if you wanted, pancakes bagel & toast juice, milks. Complimentary tea,coffee hot chocolate all day.

There wasn’t anything I disliked about it.

It was new and clean and comfortable. There were lots of eating and shopping options nearby.

The TV didn't work on arrival and someone had to come fix it. Also they charged a $30 fee for incidentals by default and we didn't have any plans to charge things to the room. We are told it sometimes takes up to 5 days to refund the unused amount. That's pretty ridiculous. I travel a lot and this is the first place that has required this. Would have liked a waffle maker for breakfast instead of pancakes.

The shower was excellent, and the lobby was good.

The TV was difficult to figure out at first, but maintenance fixed it right away. The neighbors had their TV loud the first night, but the second night was quieter.
