The room worked out well for our size of the family. It was very clean and very comfortable updated and modern.

The only complaint that I had was that they didn't have enough things to cook with. We cooked meals in our room and we didn't have lids for our pots and it was lacking on some other utensils. We never asked staff however I'm sure that they would have accommodated us.

The 1st room we had didn’t have hot water 423 they said it was furthest from the hot water heater. I was told to let it run for 15 minutes, but it still wasn’t getting hot. I wish I would have known that because we had an appointment so I couldn’t shower. So we changed rooms later and the water was hot.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean. Breakfast was decent. The mini waffles were awesome.

There were some plumbing issues, but they got resolved eventually. The staff was always really nice, just not the best communicators.

It was very specious and felt more like an apartment then a hotel nice

The chemical in pool and hot tub were to strong couldn't stay the bleach was so strong it made our skin red and irritated and it bleached our swim suits we can never use them again I def hope the can use test straps to be sure your not burning skin and destroy our swim suits. I'd say not suitable for usage

The room was big, clean, the bed comfortable, the shower was big and nice and we were surprised by the kitchen.

The bathroom was small and door too large for the room and had to always shut the door to use toliet as it hit toliet. There was also some repair needed wall paper looking like water damage. Garbage sat outside our door in hallway of many rooms the entire time we stayed like no house cleaning came by at all.

We loved our clean bedroom with an amazing comfortable king size bed we got the king suite with the sofa so we could have alone time while our child slept on the pull out sofa which was actually quite comfortable! Our daughter had so much fun in the swimming pool as me and the wife loved the jacuzzi! It was honestly so perfect and cozy! We left smiling ear to ear!

The only downfall was the price! But you pay good money for a good hotel!

Jeff is very Hospitable. I'm from Korea and Booking.com wasn't very flexible with hotel reservations, but he quickly found the problem and fixed it right away.

The whole staff was very friendly and treated me well. My husband was in the hospital and needed a place close by. They were very accommodating.

comfortable and clean. I liked the bedroom being separate from the sitting area.

we had a very hard time with the WiFi. tv streaming was bad, kept freezing during movies. we connected to hotel WiFi but our phones ability to access internet, kept going in and out. very frustrating. we also notified the front desk and nothing happened to correct the issue.

Everything is great: location, stuff. Breakfast had a lot of options to choose from. Comfortable bed and a very big room.
