We have enjoyed our stay with them. Everyone is very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is really good, but I think they could rotate different types of food like the eggs, bread items, rotate sausage with bacon, whipped cream for the waffles & hot chocolate and different kinds of cold cereal. Your room is pretty good sized, you have everything you need in your room. If cable has any problems which we have had in 1 weekend in a years time you have Google movies and Netflix. There is always someone at the front desk if you need anything or help. We have compared other places & for what you get it's a fair price. 🤗

I think it could be cleaner. Some walls, base boards could be washed better & vacuumed a little better. Sometimes there's a small bug (very few) problem. I've noticed the cooler the room with a nite lite on are the best plus it gets really warm fast in the room.

Wonderful & consistent. Punctual and clean. Please, give them the tools to do their jobs more efficiently, fix their juice machine. I think that giving them raises along with more hotel supplies I.E more towels and things like that. Give this location an increase in their budget . Enough for raises or their staff and a good hallway carpet cleaning. I loved their positive attitudes and their pride in their work. Considering the activities around and sometimes in their hotel. I think they are outstanding as a staff and team.

Location is great, we usually stay here on our trips through SLC. Rooms are big, beds comfortable. Breakfast is good, go early as other guests seem to raid everything! Value is great. Staff is very accommodating. Walking distance to variety of meal choices and basic amenities

Housekeeping forgot towels but front desk gave us some immediately. Lots of noise on 1st floor from other guests. Access to pool from inside hotel as doors from back parking lot won't open with keycard.

I got a good price on the room and it was nice and quiet.

The carpet in the hallway needs to be cleaned or replaced. I asked for 2 blankes, and I was just given 1 because that's all they had. The shampoo when I opened it was nasty. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper. One of the bathtowels was dirty. The tissue paper looked like someone took it out and just lest it. The breakfast was not that good, there wasn't to much selection. No decaffeinated coffe or creamer.

Right as I walked in, I was greeted with a smile, and that’s always a good indicator that you are in good hands. Even though the area is a little rough, they still made up for it with going above and beyond for my stay the front desk staff was exceptional talked with the general manager for a little bit. Very nice guy Housekeeping cleaned my room and did a very good job breakfast was good overall happy.

The staff were all amazing. The breakfast was included and super good. Room was large. Free shuttle to the train station and bus stops during the day for skiing. I'd stay here again! We felt safe. Big pool / hot tub area that's open late.

Strong chemicals in hot tub/pool area. No restaurants/pubs within walking distance. Fox news was on the TV in the lobby.

There is a great park very close by, with disc golf pickleball and a lovely walking path for a walk with the dog. Also, there is a McDonald's and a Dennys right next door. The staff at check in was super helpful and nice. He really tried to make our stay a good one.

The back area was quite dirty (dog droppings) even though poo bag stations were provided. Some people are just not respectful!

The employees were so nice easy checkin spoke clear English the breakfast was nice and the hot tub was so nice has like turbo jets

The floor in my room had dog hair all over it even after they came in and cleaned as if they might not have a vacuum that is strong enough the beds were very small wish there was a 2 queen option but all they had was 2 full the beds were very worn in bit the blankets were nice one of the rooms the heater didn't work the rooms didn't have a fridge or a microwave the price should be lower for this place but the best option for this area is quite scary alot of homeless and drug use in this area

Everyone is friendly the staff & renter's . The breakfast is very good, with the time change it would be nice to have it till 9:30. The room was large.

Rooms could be cleaner (bathroom). Had problem with credit card, it was a different girl at the front desk. 1st time the maids were pushy. Would be better if the bedspreads were a different color than white.
