It had all items for cooking you didn’t have to go buy kitchen supplies like other hotels even tho it’s a suite other hotels make you bring your own or charge $25 for one little pan so that’s awesome and they let you have your dog their but their is like a $75 pet deposit fee and then they are an extra $25 a night just so any pet owner knows but they were kinds and they have little appetizers they serve before dinner time for a little snack with even adult drinks beer/wine this was a home away from home after check in finally was done if it’s not your card like even like my case my husband and I don’t have the same last name I go by my maiden name and it was a nightmare trying to check in without him so whoever is paying make sure they are available to go with and check in or you won’t be able to unless you have them just “simply” change it to under a card with my name that matches my driver’s license ((which would of been fine!)) or even just pay cash but nope you can’t just pay cash either you have to have a card on file for the refundable deposit and cleaning fee only problem was we already paid that with my husbands card and they wouldn’t take the cash for the rest of the payment on the room because we already paid on the card and it didn’t have “my last name” we even went in like before we were planning on staying to make sure this didn’t happen but guess what it’s life and it’s okay it was worth it at the end of the day it was cost and comfortable and felt safe which is huge for families and they don’t play they ain’t lettin no randos even in lol but love this place just wish it was cheaper nightly and because it is if you find a good deal it will be through them directly and will help for future stays at any stay bridge suites after you create an account because I booked our stay through the app (booking.

The staff was amazing and super friendly. We really enjoyed all of their breakfast selections. The fitness room had weights, treadmills, a row machine and was perfect for getting in a quick workout. The facilities were very clean. It was so nice that it was right by the maverick center so we were able to just walk to our concert and not have to deal with traffic. All in all it was a wonderful experience and next time we visit Utah we will definitely plan on coming here to stay.

Very nice place. Wonderful breakfast also enjoyed the late afternoon quick meals and treats. Apprvisits. The cozy fireplace in the breaskfast area as the weather was on the cooler side while we were there. Even did some laundry after being on the road for many days and it was free of charge for guests to use. Nice spacious room and very clean!! Also very quiet. It is apparent that the management wants to serve their guests, make them feel at home, and earn their loyalty for return visirs.

I liked how friendly the staff was.. I got it for a little hangout/birthday celebration for my friends birthday and forgot tape to set up small decorations to make it look even better than it already did and the staff gladly asked if the sized tape he was giving me was okay. He made sure I was happy with my stay and that’s something I really appreciated and look for when staying at hotels. I love my Staybridge family ! He even informed me of the indoor pool we sadly didn’t get the chance to use but overall experience amazing.

One of the staff members from the morning breakfast was a little rude when telling me about having shoes to get breakfast which I understand but I only brought wedges (heels) that I didn’t want to wear to get my breakfast in the morning. I went without a problem to put my shoes on and came back. But she couldn’t been a little nicer on how she went about it. Other than that I loved it.

The kitchen and living room separate from the bedroom, was awesome. We were there for a show at the Maverick Center, loved that it was an easy walk across the street.

The plumbing could use a once over, the sink and bathtub would fill up with water, we had to flush the toilet multiple times to get anything to go down, including the restroom located by the pool.

breakfast was wonderful each morning & the large Dove shower supplies were perfect. the laundry baskets in the unit were very handy as well. housekeeping was very kind when i asked for extra towels & they asked if i needed anything else which i appreciated.

The bathroom floors in the pool area were extremely slippery because of everyone showering before entering the pool. they need more of the black floor grips before someone falls & hurts themselves.

Mel and Leticia Were phenomenal. I booked my trip third-party and had a extremely bad issue with that third-party experience where Mel went above and beyond what she had to do and accommodated me as well as talk to the third-party about getting me a refund very very pleased with the overall service of this facility. if you’re looking for a great staff, who is also friendly this is the spot hands-down would definitely book again

Heard other tenants easily, but overall an exceptional experience

Beds were comfortable, front desk was nice, pool was great, breakfast amazing. Room was nice and clean!

Snacks downstairs were expensive and unfortunately the room we were staying at was in a very loud area.. because all night and day loud banging kind of like sound. I wonder what it was but overall enjoyed my stay

Great location right by the Maverik Center. Great pool area our 2 little ones couldn't get enough of the water area for little ones. My son couldn't stop wanting to go down the kiddie water slide. Breakfast was great. Beds were comfortable. The ladies at night and morning at front desk were amazing. Bedroom was well stocked plenty of towels and etc. Found the bedding for the pull out mattress in closet Great add on. Some how didn't hear any traffic noise being right against the interstate.

Didn't realize how small the pullout mattress was but honestly some how ended up not needing it. Other than that no complaints. Do gotta let people know pool slide is only open on basically the weekend and certain hours only.

Our favorite place to stay with kids! The water park is always a hit. Breakfast is great with a large variety. We love the addition of the soda fountain in the breakfast area!

The couch cushions were worn with some holes on them but didn’t affect the ability to use it.
