The nice staff, clean room, wifi, parking and included breakfast make this a great place to stay for both work and pleasure.

No late check out, and when I requested a room on a high floor/quiet room on the property I was given a room on the 4th of 7 floors, (which was fine) but it was on the main busy street side, so middle of the night sirens, loud racing/reving cars and loud music and thumping bass from passing cars late into the night were quite unfortunate.

Everything was a great except one thing. The couch in suite 703 was very uncomfortable to sit on. My husband set on the chase lounge part of the couch, which was fine. With the other part of the couch so uncomfortable, I set in the desk chair to watch TV with my husband. Other than that, it was a terrific experience. Thank you. The staff, the room, the social hour and delicious breakfast was great. Thank you.

Had ordered room service from the restaurant down stairs. Over $100 for fish and chips and pasta. After order was put through the delivery charge was $20 and $20 tip also charged automatically. My husband was going to pay cash and was not too happy he could of walked form for$40 bucks and grabbed it lol

The staff at this hotel were AMAZING!!! They make you feel like you are family and not just a customer! My son got married and we all stayed at the hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect! They even left rose pedals and candy on my son and now daughter in law bed while we were out of the hotel. I miss the ladies already!!! From check in to check out they were terrific! This is now my hotel of choice anytime I am in the Salt Lake Area!

Breakfast real good..But Hotel Staff Wouldnt Match Booking.Com Price. Charged us Alot More Money than Booking.com confirmed it would Cost....Thats just not Right.

If Hotel Staff and Management would Honor Booking.Com Price, They just Charge whatever they want ?? Stayed there 3 Nights and Each of the 3 Charges were MORE than we Booked for. Cant get a Return Phone Call.

The suite was very comfortable and large for the two of us. The shower was exceptional and had good water pressure. It was very clean and organized and the staff was also extremely friendly but not pushy.

Honestly nothing terribly notable when it comes to dissatisfaction. I personally was confused by the light switches in the room it was kind of hard to tell which was which but that’s such a minor detail and likely just me not being used to hotel experiences.

Staff was great. The person who checked us in recommended the hotel's restaurant for dinner and it was excellent. Breakfast was also great. Room and bed were very comfortable. Convenient to airport but far enough away to not be too noisy.

Just a couple small issues. Difficult to adjust the temperature in the room. Toilet worked but was not easy to flush.

I loved the breakfast they offer their guest it is the best that i have ever had. I also enjoyed spending time in the hot tub with my wife we were the only guest in the pool area so we had it to our selves it was GREAT..

There was nothing that anyone could have done to make it better, it was the best. Embassy Suites is the best hotel i have ever stayed at hands down the absolute BEST..

excellent variety for breakfast including made to order omelets, potatoes, scrambled eggs, meat, fruit, oatmeal, bagels, etc. great for my wife as well since she's gluten free. The room was very spacious with a separate bedroom with its own tv. nicely appointed rooms. Hot tub felt nice after skiing. Chantelle was fantastic on the phone before we came and after arrival as a concierge for our ski activities.

there were a couple small aesthetics in the room that needed attention, repaired. likely just overlooked. Not a problem

The breakfast was wonderful. I real I had there was great. The hotel was clean and beautiful. Staff was wonderful of her.

It was all good. I don’t know what you could’ve done better me. It was an excellent day.
