The property was clean and well equipped with all the necessary amenities. As a solo traveler, feeling safe is very important to me, and I definitely felt secure here. The breakfast was enjoyable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Plus, the Salt Lake City airport is only a 10-minute drive away, which was very convenient.

It's located a bit away from the city center and isn't walkable, but Uber and Lyft are readily available and easy to use.

Nice hotel to explore Salt Lake City without paying downtown prices as it was an easy bus ride straight from the hotel. Location near to freeways gave direct access to Salt Lake itself though there wasn’t much there without driving a huge distance round the lake. The rooms didn’t have a microwave but it was easy enough to use the microwave in the lobby which was tucked away so not to be too embarrassing! The staff were extremely helpful and generously provided bottled water, fresh fruit and freshly made cookies in the reception area. The breakfast was decent too.

The room and hotel were both great! I enjoyed the free breakfast. There was also good parking right in front of the hotel. Check in was quick and easy.

There were quite a few maintenance issues in the hotel; some gym equipment, hot tub, business centre, all out of order. The room was well kept but the bathroom door doesn’t actually close, you can literally see into the bathroom on either side

It was under construction and we were not notified. It was hard to find as they changed the name of the hotel and again we were not notified. Amenities were not available. Rooms were nice as they had just been renovated. We felt we should have been refunded half of the amount we paid.

They were doing construction so some things were not working, but we were warned in advance. However - there were not bedside outlets, no hair dryer in the bathroom, and only one tiny trashcan in the entire room (in the bathroom.

Breakfast was excellent, the hotel was very nice ,clean and comfortable.

The mix up that occured when I checked in since I had already paid on line and the was charged again apon arrival by the desk clerk was a real pain to resolve even tho the clerk noticed right away and informed me of the error within 5 min. Yet neither you or the hotel was willing to refund and both charges posted to my account. I finally turned the matter over to my credit card company for them to resolve it .

Very clean, quiet, and spacious rooms. Comfortable bed and pillows. The breakfast was great with fresh eggs, waffles, and oatmeal.

The king bed only has 4 small pillows. And we were only able to get one additional standard pillow plus a decorative pillow upon check-in. Should have requested this when booking.

room is too big to stay alone I can work, sleep, watch TV in a different place. I can only be on the bed to do everything in some hotel, but this hotel is completely different from that kind of hotel.

I came here by my colleague car, but I assume it is bit difficult to reach by myself who doesnt stay in USA.

Easy check in the guy that help my mom was amazing

When going to check out the guy at the front desk charge me 61.70 for pet fee and told me it would not be refund. But the guy that help my mom the day before said it would be a $50 pet fee and would be refund.

I loved that,as a family group of 3 we were able to be side by side for our rooms. The rooms were spacious and clean. The pool was wonderful but it was a shame the hot tub wasn't working.

I found that a lot of the breakfast was either cold or very cool
