I’ve always like Comfort Inn’s cause they’re nice and clean and reasonable prices State was Comfort Inn for many years. The upgrade is very well on second floor. Really enjoyed my room nothing else wrong what’s the room very clean we left it clean as well. We pick up our stuff and our trash.

The staff was kind and responsive. I enjoyed the weight room. The breakfast was always set out in a timely manor and the area kept neat by the gal running it.

No room darkening curtains, only shears, except for the edge of the windows. This left large spotlights blaring into the window (which doesn't affect my sleep, but might others). I did feel I needed to keep the lights off to change because of the lack of proper window treatments (my opinion!)

The room was clean, as was the entire place. Breakfast was decent, except for the apple juice on day 2, which was so watered down that it was disgusting! Several restaurants nearby was a plus!

The first night, we had neighbors who were screaming and yelling for over an hour around 11pm. The 2nd night, we had "lead foot " in the room above us again late at night! Overall, I'd stay here again. Noisy neighbors aren't the hotels fault.

house keeping didn’t make the bed until the last night we were there. asked the front desk to have them to make the beds not change the sheets just make them. had to demand the maids in person to have it done. she said they couldn’t do it because it was not written down. not happy about house keeping.

Quiet and clean and Noone making noise in the middle of the night the parking was spaceful and the staff that clean the rooms were very nice a good morning or afternoon say was nice from them

Staff is very pleasant. I stayed 4 nights and my plans changed. I had to stay another 8 nights. I had to change rooms because they had reservations and all king rooms were taken. The receptionist was so nice she gave me a room on the same floor and let me check in early.

Breakfast was always hot and plenty, staff was always friendly.

Parking is awful, can't take breakfast to your room, but I'm sure it's because of spills, which we saw 3, and people are rude and messy.

Breakfast was good just wish it ran a little longer than 9 the swimming pool and hot tub were nice, the reason we decided to stay here.

Having to go to the front desk to get a towel and the towel is really small. When you are getting out of the hot tub you are soaking wet and this towel did nothing to help that. The floors were always went in the hall from the pool to the elevator and the poor staff having to mop it multiple times a day is just a waste.

Breakfast was better than some by far. This place is very clean and comfortable compared to others in the area. The location is convenient for shopping and freeway quick freeway access. Lots of great food establishments within walking distance from the hotel.

The overall appearance of the room wasn't the greatest. I'm also keeping in mind that I was requesting an early check-in. I would have rather waited a bit longer for a little bit better cleaned room.

everyone is so nice and has comfortable places to just sit and talk staffs are polite and respectful rooms are clean and organized breakfast is amazing everyone is so attentive I loved every moment of my stay .

the strangers who walk outside who aren’t supposed to be there the people who books and are loud and disruptive and has in issue controlling there kids
