The best Hotel in the entire US. Only best feelings it gives. Great 1 bedroom room we had, with great kitchen. Kitchen has everything. Room is extremely clean and comfortable. Great bathroom + vanity. Breakfast is a heaven. They have a lot of different food. Really, not just cereals and omelet. It's 3-4 type of protein each day, variety of carbohydrates, yogurt, waffle machine to make fresh waffles. Some fruits and berries. Even nuts, and even chia seeds cups. Coffee, tea, juices. Amazing. A heaven. The swimming pool and jacuzzi are great. Big enough, nice place to spend some evening. Location is perfect, just the best to explore Salt Lake city and surroundings. Big cottonwood canyon is right on a right. Smiths supermarket is next block, dicks sporting goods is next block. Even Michael's is next block. And many other stores. The building of the hotel is very nice and well maintained. We love it. This hotel is the best we ever tried in the US. And the price is extremely reasonable. Even check-out is at 12pm. Not like 9, 10, 11, like in some California. Stuff was the best. Friendly, smile, very real and truly. Thank you so much. This stay is a heaven. We want to return.

You can't stay there forever for free

Everything was perfect! The location is tucked back in off the main road, so it was nice and quiet. Food and shopping locations were close by. The hotel itself has been updated and is so nice. The room was huge and one of the cleanest hotels we’ve stayed in. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I loved that the bedroom had its own climate control and a ceiling fan for good AC circulation. We didn’t use the breakfast, but it looked great. We will definitely be staying again!

The breakfast was decent. The front desk attendant was very friendly, however the employees stocking the breakfast in the morning seemed very inconvenienced by having to answer questions. The rooms are big and nice for larger groups. They are a tad run down and the condition is not reflected in the price we paid.

While not a new hotel, this one seems well-maintained. Some updates are evident, like new bathroom tile. The fireplace, and the neat kitchen were nice features. The breakfast offerings were decent.

There were two small tears on one of the sofa cushions. The sofa pillows were older and slightly stained. Should be replaced, or have covers dry cleaned. carpet border along the wall in bedroom/bathroom has pulled away from the wall and needs to be re-attached.

Close to shops. Clean. Quiet. Room size fit 4 adults comfortably. Continental breakfast was wonderful and had many options.

Everything was great. We have no complaints.

Perfectly located to reach ski resorts in Little Cottonwood and Park City. Breakfast always hot, filing and tasty. All staff extremely friendly and helpful; they even helped us procure snow shovels and salt during a heavy snow day so that we could move our car. Easy walking to grocery store and restaurants.

Beds were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good. The daytime shift front desk clerk was very nice, helpful and accommodating.

They moved us into a room to allow us early check in, but the double bed was small for my husband and I. The night shift lady wasn't very nice and I went down to ask for something the day shift person said we could grab later, since we were going to be gone, and the night shift girl all but called me a liar in front of my kids. She said there were no notes on the account and she she had never heard of anything like that.

The room was quite clean and the front desk staff was very friendly. Pricing was great for what you get.I would happily stay here again.

The only thing that I will say was that the heater wasn't fantastic, but it worked well enough in combination with blankets.

Location is good - fast access to the city & close to some tourist highlights. The room was excellent - spacious and well-appointed. Breakfast is just fine & other facilities were great. Highly recommend.

Cigarette smoke smell would come in through bathroom vents occasionally.
