Breakfasts were excellent. My room did not have a window (there was a door to the yard) and I wanted to enjoy the cool night air. Esther changed my room to a smaller room with a window.

Great location. Perfect for skiers. Very clean and comfortable. Great breakfast.

Maybe a bit pricey compared to say a nice hotel, but lots of amenities.

An easy ten. The host was perfect, the rooms very comfortable, the ambiance, warm and welcoming and the public area fully equipped. Breakfast was fantastic. It was a perfect night stay to finish our trip.

This was one of the best B&B experiences we have ever had. Spotlessly clean, amazing breakfast, and Esther was a great hostess. Loved the history of the place and the kind hospitality.

My husband and i stayed here right after our wedding. We had the place to ourselves which was amazing. There was free beer and beverages. Late check in accommodations and a hot tub that was amazing. The next morning breakfast was so delicious and scrumptious. Staff accommodated all our needs!

We highly recommend Engen Hus. It is a beautiful property in a nice neighborhood. Our hostess greeted us at the door to get us settled and make sure we had all we needed. Comfortable beds with quality linens. Beautiful spacious bathroom. Breakfast was outstanding! The grounds are beautiful with a backyard hot tub.

Absolutely nothing negative

Loved the garden, interior and exterior of the house was very appealing. So much so that my wife and I would have gladly lived there.

That we couldn’t stay there for longer.

Ester was a great host. Breakfast was amazing. It felt homey and peaceful. A lot of attention to detail.
