Liked the different seating arrangements snd tvs private nooks and crannies wide open feel. Aesthetics were good the gym was excellent as was the shower and bathroom close to pool. The pool was nice and hot tub welcomed … the layout of the parking lot was convenient and very quiet location. Nice view and felt good close to the mountainside.

The room set up could have been better… at least offer luggage rack holders and more hooks in the bathroom for hanging wet towels… also I would consider an under the counter shelf to hope toiletries or a shelf like you offered in Zion. Beds and bedding were very good and the shower size and soaps very good. Sink size amd counter was good just would have liked more towel racks and shelving for the stay. Very clean your staff are excellent

The location of the hotel was perfect for us. The hotel is new and has a modern feel to it. The room was large, spotless clean and very quiet. We enjoyed the hot tub, the gym, and free parking.

It has been my experience of late that I’m being given bad rooms when booking via booking.com. We booked a room for 3 nights. The first room we were given was eye level with the people in the hot tub — a popular amenity this time of the year. Someone in the tub could see directly into the room! I went back to reception and was given a room in a higher floor, which was more private. But the temperature in the room was too hot even with the thermostat set at the lowest it would go (65) and the mattress was probably old as it caved in under us (I’m 5’6” and 125 lbs; my husband is 165 lbs, so we are light people…) We had to sleep with our heads away from the headboard, which helped a little. Despite the cons, we’d probably come back.

Excellent location at the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon (Brighton and Solitude). Easy access to interstates from this location. Plenty of restaurants within a very short distance and 20 minutes to the airport (with normal traffic). The rooms are big, clean, and very comfortable. Loved the Bistro. A great place to stay.

I do like the “family friendly” options …. Such as complimentary , sleek access to parking , extra bedding and supplies. We missed not having breakfast included. While underground parking was nice to avoid the rain it was not a quick jaunt if we needed to grab something “quick” from the car. It was 10+ minute power walk. But it definitely felt SAFE AND SECURE !! So we were grateful for that.

The hotel was visually appealing. Loved having the jacuzzi. The room was very comfortable, clean, and nice.

Figuring out breakfast vouchers was very confusing. I wish there was a clear way to make sure I even had them, like an email confirming them. I had to go down to the front desk the night before and make sure I had vouchers, and then getting them the next morning was confusing. Then I didn’t understand how they worked. Could I get anything on the menu? I didn’t know what the voucher included. Also, I couldn’t find anywhere on my confirmation emails what time check out was. I saw it was at noon on the door I think, and 11:00 online. It doesn’t state in my confirmation emails what time check out was. I had a cleaner knock on my door around 9:30 and I was frantically packing to get out of there.

Friendly Bistro staff and housekeeping. Great stay/food package. Clean, appealing/nice decor, safe-keyed elevator access, nice accomodations/features/amenities. Loved location of shower faucet (shower entry) and opposite wall shower head, and drain placement to one side.

No courtesy shuttle. Shower enclosure not enclosed enough...needs 2/3 glass wall covering. Right now sits about 1/2 length of shower. When water falls from showerhead, it bounces off the person showering and some gets outside shower.

Very nice and clean hotel with a good parking garage. Rooms were standard but had elevated views of the mou trains. Close enough to walk for coffee and dinner.

The shower overall was a bit lackluster. Pressure was very low and the curtain was a bit short so you couldn't really keep water from spilling out.

The hotel is clean and posh. The rooms are very cute and I love the tree wallpaper on the walls. The bedding is white and comfy. The walk-in shower is nice and big. Clean room and bathroom. Nice clean neighborhood. The kids enjoyed the pool. We asked for extra pillows and towels and someone brought them right up. It's a great place to stay.

Beautiful location. At check in they asked if we wanted a lower room floor or higher room floor.

Our pillows were so hard. We also missed breakfast. Wish it went longer than 9:30.
