We stayed here for a ski trip to Alta Ski Resort and appreciated how convenient it was not to worry about parking or equipping our car for snowy conditions. The shuttle bus, which stopped right in front of the hotel, made getting to the resort hassle-free. The breakfast was quite good and started early at 6 a.m., giving us a head start to the slopes with plenty of energy. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and spacious. They also have a coin-operated laundry facility, but be sure to bring cash to exchange for coins if you plan to use it.

The room could use better soundproofing. We could hear the person in the next room playing guitar and singing every night (fortunately, they stopped before bedtime), as well as conversations and snoring from the adjacent room. We could also hear footsteps from upstairs. While we didn’t have too much trouble sleeping due to fatigue from skiing, improving the soundproofing would definitely enhance the overall experience.

location and breakfast were all very good. I would like to have seen bananas available at breakfast instead of the apples. I enjoyed using the treadmill in the fitness room.

Please for the love of god, put working exhaust fans in all of your bathrooms!! It helps with steam from shower and unpleasant smells from bathroom use. I rate this feature as one of my most important at a hotel. Please install them in your hotel rooms.

The A/C unit is very noisy, also places in such a way that it blows right on the bed, very powerfully, such as to make it uncomfortable. I had to cover part of the grille with a towel to make it tolerable Also the breakfast could be better. Pastries are a sad things, and the sausage not good No bananas???

The location is amazing. There is a ski shuttle stop right outside the hotel. The staff are amazing throughout the day. They made us feel comfortable and made sure we had everything we needed. All with a smile on the face and a friendly attitude. Breakfast was pretty nice, the breakfast staff were amazing, made our day. There’s a nice hot tub, hot cocoa and outdoor fireplace for a cozy night gathering. A wonderful stay in SLC.

The couch was slightly stained, but didn’t look dirty.

Staff personally came out help find a parking space for our box truck. Then they came out again to help us locate our emergency brake. What great service and they were so nice. They made the end of a very long day so much better. Sorry I didn’t get their names. A woman and a man (day shift and night shift front desk) on May 2nd.

The staff was very professional and attentive. The breakfast was just right. Everything about the location was fantastic, especially for someone participating in the Drop13 Half Marathon. Nothing in particular could have been any better. The whole stay was as good as it gets. Thanks one and all.

The breakfast was excellent, it changed a bit between the days. There's a lot of care put into options here versus some other places. The hot tub is very nice after a day on the slopes. You pretty much can't get a better location in SLC that has access to the mountains, and I think this place is a solid stay for any future winter visits in SLC. I liked the bathroom area a lot and the in-unit desk.

Great location for access to Big Cottonwood canyon, I-215 and I-80. Good breakfast.

Room doors have very strong spring which accelerates as the door as it closes. This causes a loud noise which is shared with neighboring rooms.

Great hotel, but an unfortunately an unfortunate choice of horrible bark doors for the bathroom. They barely close all the way, they open almost on their own and you can hear EVERYTHING from both directions.

The room was clean, comfortable, and situated conveniently to Salt Lake City and Park City. Staff was friendly and helpful in answering our questions. The hotel met our expectations and we enjoyed our brief stay.

The options at breakfast could have been broader, but that's a small thing.
