I loved the layout of the room, especially the closet with vanity area were excellent for 2 people to get ready at the same time and the location worked great for me. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice and the coffee was even good (which sometimes can be an issue with hotels). I will stay with TownPlace Suites again!

The only frustration I had while at the facility was the air conditioning in the room. It would default to a temperature, when there wasn't movement in the room after a period of time, that wasn't my preferred temperature so we woke up hot in the night and had to adjust the air conditioner. I'm sure it's an energy efficent setting but I don't like the room to warm when I'm sleeping, it's disruptive to my sleep. A better option would be to have a key control at the door so when key is removed when leaving the room it would adjust but at night when you are sleeping it would stay cool and comfortable.

Fabulous location with breathtaking views from the rooms facing the mountains. The breakfast room is beautiful, also with amazing views of the mountains. Although the hotel was busy, we were never bothered by any noise outside of our room. The hotel is surrounded by a wide selection of places to eat, it is just 5 minutes from the Fashion Place Mall, and from the park. Also the surrounding neighborhoods are so pretty.

There was no sliced bread at breakfast; only bagels and English muffins. Very clean, good enough selection. The sofa bed is terrible. It is NOT a bed in any way at all. There is no actual mattress on it. It unfold into a bed-like surface that feels like a yoga mat placed on a hard table. I barely slept my 1st night. 2nd night i slept directly on the sofa without unfolding it. I gave the king bed to my kids. The rooms are not as large as they appear in the photos, and the arrangement that I had (a king room with sofa bed) would not at all fit a couple with kids.

We love the king-size bed. It was so comfortable. We can’t tell you and how much we enjoyed it.

We had a room on the third floor thanks to Lynn Seagal at work behind the desk. She pulled strings so that we could have the third floor with the Mountain View. We love some mountains and we wanted to have a mountain view thank you Lynn thank you thank you thank you.

This was a fantastic one night stay. It was super clean which is great to see. Our room was absolutely spotless and lovely, breakfast was great, cereal and waffles, little muffins and egg and sausage muffins too. Plenty of coffee, tea and juices. The pool and laundry were an added bonus. There is a Costco a block over from the hotel and lots of restaurant options if you need them. Our room had a kitchenette which was fantastic. Looking forward to going back there in a few days again. Highly recommend it.

Convenient location with plenty of parking. Walkable to food options across the street. Large, clean room and the most pleasant staff!

My only request for next time will be an east facing view for less light exposure at night and a morning view of the sunrise over the mountains.

Property new, fresh and comfortable. Beds were super comfy and rooms had well stocked kitchenette including dishes, prep tools, full fridge, cooktop and microwave. We were there only one night and did not leverage all the amenities but rooms were spacious and comfortable and we appreciated the complimentary breakfast.

Nothing special if you are looking for atmosphere and things to do nearby.

Surprised by view of mountains. How nice to pool & jacuzzi were.

The front was at first not impressive. However once in building very nice. I appreciate the fire pit outside being lit it was nice.

the view was incredible. the beds were super comfy. so many options for breakfast. and everyday it was a little bit different which was nice. the pool and hot tub were clean and very enjoyable. the location was perfect right off the highway and near a Costco. Barnes and nobles. Best Buy. food places. ice cream. ect. the rooms were roomy and had a perfect little kitchen to cook in. we would definitely stay here again.

We're senior travelers and we stayed in a double queen suite. Brand new hotel as far as we could tell with all the amenities one would expect. Friendly staff.

Breakfast was disappointing. Pre-packaged "quiche" and English muffin-egg with a side of sausage was not satisfying.

The room was ready when we arrived. I requested assistance with the cot and an employee came to our aid. He gave us where the bed linens were. He brought extra towels.
