The guy that helped me I’m trying to check me in is very professional and patient. My problem is with Hilton and bookings.com not making this a convenient and easy process

Booking.com processed my card. I get to the hotel and the hotel lets me know it’s can’t process the card. I was informed by the employee I would have to contact Booking.com to fix it. I couldn’t get a hold of anyone at booking.com. I am still in the dark as to whether or not I will be charged twice for one night hotel stay. I had to make a new reservation with the hotel and process my card as a new reservation instead of bookings.com.

Great location in a safe new part of town. Easy access to little and big cottonwood canyon—35 minutes to snowbird when there’s no traffic. Nice hot breakfast with waffles, hot oatmeal, assorted cereals and juice, and hot chocolate station with all of the toppings minus whipped cream. Fancy ice water with fruit and herbs. Extremely nice and helpful staff. Easy checkin and ability to pick my room virtually . Nice small gym and work stations.

Pool was very very cold. No hot tub or sauna. Side trash can on outside of building was full of dog poop and clearly not serviced recently. No vegetarian breakfast sandwich options. Coffee was very weak and the hot water for hot chocolate was often lukewarm.

I had my service dog. She’s hypoallergenic and very clean but even if she weren’t, the staff understood as I’m a 100% disabled veteran. Most hotels get so afraid and try to charge me more. Of course, then I have to remind them of the ADA. The staff were educated on the ADA.

The big room and comfortable beds

The maid we got on our first day was a heavy set girl that told the management that our dogs were causing problems which caused stress. We were already under a lot of stress from us being out of our home. Our dogs were not causing problems and management saw this but they came accusingly which did not feel good.

We were charged 150 extra for a room fee to be returned upon check out and have not seen the return on our card yet. Not even mentioned on a copy of our bill. Our current hotel is 20 dollars. Will call today but shouldn’t have to worry about this being on vacation.

Location and breakfast was good. Nice kitchen area if you needed it but we were there just to sleep.

Clean and friendly staff

The breakfast options. The make your own egg sandwich did not look appealing. The pillows. I’m fussy about pillows. They’re soft but lumpy.

There was a good verity of food to select from. The location of the food court was easy to access.

I think for what was available all was just fine. For the price I'm not sure you could offer to much better.

The staff were all amazing! Rooms were very nice, clean, comfortable and quiet. Right by everything you need but not in the middle of the business, so it was a perfect location. We’re definitely staying there every time we come into town.

Honestly the pool wasn’t the cleanest but it wasn’t so bad you couldn’t swim in it.

Lots of trash overflowing trash cans right out front and on our floor by the elevator. Rooms were clean and housekeeping seemed to be spending alot of time on our floor cleaning them which was a positive. Not very many breakfast options.

The room was very comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed in the kitchenette, love that feature!

The property is nice, the only complaint was the stairwells needed a bit of cleaning attention.
