This new hotel was nearby all kinds of shops and restaurants. The staff was super friendly and competent when checking in and out. Having a friendly face with a pleasant manner seems to be on short supply these days. I was happy with the function and comfort of this new hotel. I am staying there at the end of the month, too. The lobby has lots of seating and a restaurant.

I have nothing negative to say. What a miracle!

Beautiful, clean, quiet, comfortable hotel. Great location near restaurants & the Mall. Plenty of good parking. We loved the staff; very accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. We were greeted each time we left the hotel or returned. The beds were very comfortable! This will Always be our place to stay when visiting family in Provo.

It’s a great location, near a mall and restaurants. It’s a lovely property, very clean. Lived the bathroom. We liked that there was more ambient lighting than bright bulbs. For the included breakfast, they made it to order and it was tasty!

The pillows were not great and the sheets were not as soft as we like. Also, the fire alarm light near the ceiling is very bright and flashed continuously, it was bothersome while resting/trying to sleep.

This is a very decent new hotel so everything is "as new". Very clean and nice rooms. Location is great just 1 or 2 minutes walk from restaurants, shops and a cinema. We stayed for 1 night driving from Yellowstone to Vegas and it did the job perfectly. The added bonus is the great views from the mountain view rooms.

The hotel was easy to find. We were towing a UHaul trailer snd we found parking our vehicle quite easy. The room was beautiful and quiet. I liked the security and that you needed your room key or buzz the front desk for access.

Nice and clean. Friendly employees. The little shop to get a snack. This hotel spoils us so much that the other hotels we stay at have a lot to live up to.

there was a lot of complication with booking.com the facility was okay about it but it took a lot of extra time.

Clean, good location, great staff, hot tub is smaller but enjoyable and clean! This was our 2nd stay here in 1 month and both were great experiences!

Seemed like the walls were thin. Couldn’t hear neighbors TV, and neighbors complained about our tv. 😅
