I loved the set up of the rooms - large enough for our family. The pack n play even fit inside the closet so it could be darker for the baby (we kept the closet door cracked open)

The person working at the front desk was not super friendly or helpful. I told him we had to Uber to the airport early and asked when breakfast started. He told me 6:30 (after we’d be picked up) but didn’t tell me that there would be cereal, yogurt, etc. accessible before that time. On our way out in the morning, I saw that we could’ve had something quick and was disappointed for the lack of communication.

The room was large and comfortable, we could open the windows to get fresh air in, waffles and oat meal toppings were great, we enjoyed the pool

The amount of trash from breakfast was shocking - there was no recycling set up although the plates and some utensils seemed to be compostable. Plain english breakfast tea was not available

Love the room layout. Like the extra half bath. Beds were very comfy. Breakfast was great with lots of options.

We would have preferred a closer location to the freeway. It was a bit difficult to find amongst the university layout. We've stayed at Springhill Suites before in different states and have always been pleased with everything.

Front desk clerk very nice, helpful and very professional. She went put of her way to make sure my check in was welcoming and fast. Very friendly.

Some of the furniture was not like depicted in the website. Some stuff in the room seem old and torn.

The property was clean and nicely decorated. The staff and guests were very nice. The suite was well set up for a longer stay although we only had one night.

There was a circulation vent running nonstop that wasn’t associated with the air conditioning.

Breakfast was great. They eggs were some of the best I have had on a Hotel breakfast bar. I really like the little cards by the oatmeal that showed how you could make healthy or indulgent oatmeal, granola, yoghurt. The beds were very comfortable. I liked the separate toilet room. And I appreciated the different mirrors. Sometimes you want to get ready outside of the bathroom when you are sharing a room, but there isn't a mirror near a plug. This hotel room had at least 4 mirrors near plugs.

It would be nice if there were more places to hang towels. There really wasn't anything to complain about.

Very nice and big room. Super comfortable bed. Shower and toilet are separated. Everything was really clean. Staff was super friendly and they gave us all info we needed (when and where is breakfast, when is check out time...).

Because of the street it was a bit loud in the morning. Breakfast didnt have enough options (no toast, no veggies) and we were quite shocked that they use plastic cutlery for one time use only and all garbage goes to the same bin. Not eco at all.

Breakfast was amazing and delicious and the staff were so attentive and made sure items were well stocked. Location was great and so many things nearby. The room set ups were perfect and having mini fridge and microwave is so nice!

pool was small; but they have one so really not a complaint.

The last night there was noise from the room above us...told the night manager he didn't do anything...the next morning at checkout...told the young lady wht happened....she talked to the manager nd they refunded part of my stay...am very happy the manager cares about her customers

We enjoy being able to have breakfast there, and it is a very delicious breakfast, lots of options. Great location, and I think the pricing is great
