What I did like was that the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room size and the new aesthetic, I stayed here about 10 years ago, and they definitely have upgraded. The facilities, amenities, and especially that they are pet-friendly!

What I don't like is how loud it is. I am literally in my room right now and can hear my neighbors phone continually going off, people talking, doors being shut, cars on the nearby highway. Obviously, I know I am in a shared space, but it seems abnormally loud?

The place was newly renovated and it was clean and wonderful. Loved the soap choices as we are allergic to many. The breakfast was good as well.

The desk clerk could not find my reservation even after giving her the confirmation number and Booking.com would not answer when she called. We finally figured it out as the room was actually booked with my name reversed (probably my bad). The bed was too hard.

Everything was great. I especially appreciated the built-in charging cords bt the bed, but everything about the room was good. The hot breakfast made getting started on the day so much easier.

I really can't think of anything that bothered or annoyed me.

Casey was so nice and helpful! We wanted to cancel our second night because our plans had changed. She was wonderful to work with! The room was really clean and roomy. We really enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast was great and had a lot of options! We will be back!

Clean and comfortable. Staff was courteous and efficient. Breakfast was great! The only downside was the constant noise from the freeway. Not a well insulated room and the air conditioner was very loud as well.

Location was good for us. Breakfast had good options and was a relaxing atmosphere.

It was a little inconvient when they were striping the parking lot, but they just making it better and more appealing. we got by fine.

The Holiday inn was in a good location. It was close to shopping and lots of other activities. The breakfast bar had a lot of food and a good variety. The beds are very comfortable and the pillows were so soft.

It is not very sound proof it was very loud all hours of the night. . I could smell drugs in the hallway .It smelled like skunk pretty sure someone was smoking on the 2nd floor.

The bed was so comfortable and there was a fridge and microwave and keurig coffee makers

The hot tub did not have jets working properly. And the pool had damaged plaster on the bottom

The bed was comfortable and the breakfast had a great variety.

We had a little trouble get room service during the stay. They eventually did a wonderful job, but it was a stressor. The light in the room was a problem since the window darker curtain was too small for the window and didn't cover the whole thing.

Breakfast was great, location close to everything i needed, and staff was very helpful and friendly. I will stay again
