The size of the room was great. We specifically got the 1 bed room suite with kind bed and sofa sleeper. Location was decent.

We got the larger room for the kitchenette. We stayed 4 days and planned to cook as we were there for my daughters soccer tournament. Would rather her eat real food, not fast food or food with a lot of junk in it. The kitchenette had a full fridge and microwave, with a small sink, but that's it. No stove. There were no plates, utensils, bowls, obviously didn't need pots or pans. Very disappointing. Room floors and hallway floors were lumpy. I'm not sure why.

They have very friendly and polite staff from the front desk to the cleaning crew, the lobby and dining/kitchen were very clean and the breakfast food was very good and varied. The room was comfortable and very clean. The best thing is that my son and I were able to stay with our dog. We did not get to enjoy the pool as we were going out to have fun around the area as they are close to a lot of stores, restaurants, etc.

Great night's stay. Convenient location off I-15. Slept well, comfy bed, clean room and facilities. Nice hot breakfast. Lots of parking. Very friendly, professional and welcoming staff. Exactly what you expect from a Holiday Inn Express. Was passing through on a road trip from Seattle to Las Vegas and needed a place for one night near Salt Lake City. Would definitely stay here again. By the way, Provo (nearby) is beautiful. Take the time to drive up through Provo Canyon (half hour away). It's spectacular.

Room was clean, comfortable. You honored our request for a shower chair which was much appreciated. Breakfast was good with good variety of foods; egg dishes were hot, fresh, and frequently replenished.

When I checked out I requested a receipt. The desk computer did not print a receipt across several tries. Desk clerk then asked if I would accept an e-mailed receipt, which I agreed to. However, as of 7:17 a.m., 6 July 2024, I have received no e-mailed receipt.

Breakfast was good! The location is convenient to the freeway without being noisy and near many restaurants and shopping centers. It is also conveniently located near 2 universities. We loved the pool and jacuzzi as well. Everything was very clean.

Surprisingly good. Was expecting cold granola and yoghurt, which they had but a hot buffet of eggs and bacon and sausage was unexpected and avoided me have to go find a solid breakfast somewhere else.

The bathroom was clean and functional. A little on the dated perhaps budget side and a bit out of sync with the rest of the facilities. However this was mostly an aesthetics thing. Everything worked great, lots of , showers had strong water pressure and everything was supplied so this would be a 4 out of 5.

It was a comfortable room as we were only stopping for the night before traveling on the next day. Had nice food options near by.

It was good for a one night rest stop. They have all the soaps you need and makeup remover pads. The room is large and set up nicely. Breakfast is provided which saves on expenses.

Couldn’t get the WiFi to work, hard to find location on GPS. The room is older decor.

I liked how clean it was how the bathrooms were really clean not most hotels have very clean bathrooms. I loved how comfortable the front staff made us feel.

There’s nothing I didn’t like about the property

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was pretty typical (good) for this class of hotel.

Parking was not secure and since the lot is adjacent to a college living area, it did provide some pause - however, it was well lit.
