The room is surprisingly big for the price - huge bed, a couch, comfy chair and chest of drawers had plenty of space in there. Also had a microwave and fridge.

A couple of plug sockets were loose. Still worked, though. The bath (which contained the shower) drained so slowly it would be like watching paint dry - you end up wading. The shower also takes a while to heat up, which exacerbates the previous issue.

the breakfast was great but I would suggest maybe apples and oranges maybe some bananas my bed was comfy the staff was excellent, staff was amazing too, the outside was very clean and location was perfect, I would definitely recommend people to stay their so thank you for your service.

Housekeeping was immaculate.

I will never use Booking.com ever again. I was charged $54 when there were e different sites that were charge $46-47 a for the same nights. I called and spoke to someone with the dates and the name of the sites. He told me I needed to provide him with proof. You guys are in the business...it would take you seconds. He said he would make sure take care of this and get back to me. NOPE. Obvious not in the U.S. of course.

Lobby was bright and clean. room was adequate with all expected amenities. Reasonable rates.

TV didn't work so we had to change rooms. No fan in the bathrooms! Who doesn't have a fan in the bathroom? Old elevator that takes forever. Signs of age everywhere if you look. Breakfast was very forgettable.

I love the environment. Nobody gives a damn about where you’re going, who’s coming into your room, etc. I love that. The front desk lady was also super sweet & she already knew what’s up & asked no questions.

Comfortable bed and accommodation. Road noise was unnoticeable. Construction going on at property but kept to reasonable hours.

Noting that breakfast had not been part of the property for multiple years. Being upfront about it would have been more professional.

Staff is always friendly, accommodating and helpful. Secluded, low key area. Right by the river so its nice. They Almost always have the cheapest rates. For the price it's the best safest cleanest affordable hotel in provo.

That they don't provide breakfast. And they have their housekeeping go and wake up everybody at like 9-9:30 to ask if staying etc. Would be nice to just be left alone we know we need to check out at a certain time so why not let us be until then.

It was the largest motel room ever. The temperature control was excellent and rapid. The bathroom clean and huge.

There are cracks in the bathroom tile floor. It is an older room. The cabinetry and toilet have been upgraded and everything was clean. Excellent

Room was comfortable and easy to use. Front desk clerk was very helpful as was the cleaning crew

Beds need to be updated. The hotel is showing its age

The staff was very professional and friendly. They always were concerned about my stay and making sure I had everything I needed.

the breakfast could have more variety and options
