I liked the convenience of being close to everything I needed. Clean, friendly, comfortable.

They were pretty full so the breakfast bar was over crowded. Long lines. It looked like a decent breakfast and good variety, but I didn't feel like being in a full room with a long line. Maybe if I would've been up earlier I could've avoided that. The biggest problem I had with the hotel was the lack of curtains that pull all the way shut. The shear was a full shear but it didn't provide much privacy, and it did nothing to keep out the light. The street lights were bright, and sleeping once it started to get light out was impossible for me. I wanted to sleep till 8-9am and it was very bright in the room by 5-6am. It's a nice place but if you want quality sleep, I wouldn't recommend it. I'm surprised if they haven't received hundreds of complaints about the curtains.

Very poor breakfast!!! We had booked two nights as we prepaid for both. My girlfriend got injured on a hike that we did on the first day. We ended up in the ER and had to leave on the next day. The front desk said we couldn't get a refund on the second night because we had prepaid for the room through a third party. Ugh!

We loved our stay! The front desk was super nice! Our room was really clean and just no smell of smoke. It was quiet. Great location! The breakfast was perfect as well! And very well put together. I didn't catch her name but the breakfast attendant was on it. She stocked and cleaned everything right when it needed to be! She was awesome! We loved the pool and hot tub too! Great size

The only thing, is the jacuzzi was weird at the bottom. Felt like their was sand, but pretty sure the concrete was falling apart a little bit :)

Great location just off the freeway, but far enough we didn't get the traffic noise. I liked the 2nd floor room right behind the front entry way, where the facade blocked the bright parking lot lights from shining in our room.

I feel that cleaning the room every day for us was a bit of over-kill. And it seemed wasteful that the cleaning staff disposed of the opened bars of soap every day. I would be happy if the rooms were only cleaned every-other day and the opened bars of soap were left for additional use.

The location was perfect. Close to all our activities and good food. The bed, pillows and shower were good. Staff were friendly and professional.

The breakfast was pretty basic. It was okay, but limited. Half the location and parking lot were designated as 'student housing.' There were some loud study group conversations going on, but wrapped up before 10 pm. There were at least 4 police cars outside when we returned from dinner one night. I asked the desk clerk about 'all the excitement' and she just shrugged her shoulders and said, 'teenagers; what can you do?!' So, I have no idea what that was about.

Parking was easy, easy and close freeway access, close to shops and restaurants. The beds/linens were SO comfortable. Thankful the rooms had options for constant fan as we need cool air/white noise to sleep. Loved that the pool was open until midnight.

I cant think of anything we didnt like about the property other than maybe a "closing" time for the laundry room. We had a funeral to go to during our trip and I had to wake up super early to wash clothes instead of being able to wash them the night before (funeral prep).

The staff was amazing. They always greeted us when we came in the front doors with a smile and a verbal hello. No one was on their phone. It was so refreshing! They were friendly and attentive and we felt genuinely cared for and that it was home away from home during our stay in Utah. Thanks for being a great place to stay for 7 days.

The staff Cheyenne was such a sweet and Mazi my person. Even though she was working all day Christmas Day she still had a smile on her face and was so respectful and kind.

One of the staff I didn’t get her name was very rude. We just got downstairs for breakfast we haven’t had anything on our plates but she was really rude to us. I get it that the people before us maybe had made a mess or whatever, and also she was working on the holiday but we didn’t deserve to be treated like crap.

We loved staying at this hotel during our Christmas trip. We were treated very well and everything was really amazing. The staff is excellent, from the receptionist to the cleaning ladies, always smiling and helpful. The manager was very attentive when we needed help to get into the pool area. So, we are grateful for choosing this place and we will definitely be back soon!

Breakfast could offer healthier options. Otherwise it's ok.

Very satisfied with our stay! The staff were very friendly and attentive. The room was spotlessly clean and very quiet — a perfect place to relax. The location is secluded, which adds to the coziness and peaceful atmosphere. We liked everything and will definitely come back again!

Our only small suggestion would be that it would be nice if the furniture were a bit more modern.
