The breakfast was just adequate. Food selections was nothing special. Could have been a better variety of options. Could include waffle maker and pancakes. A selection of pastries should be included for breakfast. Coffee and tea should definitely be available to the quests throughout the day. Never used the coffee and tea that was in the room.

Front staff (two young men) were extremely accommodating and friendly. Room was cleaned very nicely we and had everything we needed. Resented having to pay for daily parking. Too expensive. As a guest of the hotel, parking should be included in the price.

The hotel is one block away from my company so the localization was just perfect. I really appreciated the reactivity of the staff as well, my first room had an issue with a strange rumbling noise from the air conduct at night that prevented me to sleep. They managed to change my room the next day without any penalties (the staff came to check the noise on spot and it was quite loud) and I managed to enjoy again the sound of silence for a peaceful slumber.

If I really need to be that nitpicking, I'd say the coffee was a bit too watery, but that is it.

The location, breakfast, and staff were all amazing. The breakfast was a good mix of fresh cooked (and frequently refreshed), and cold items as well. The staff were very helpful (since parking is at the parking garage but is included with the hotel) and answered any questions we had. The location of the hotel was also great as it was right in the center of everything we were looking for (we went to Dry Bar Comedy about 2 blocks away, and Mosaic church which was also about a block away).

The parking was just a little confusing, and we checked in prior to parking. Not sure if you can park first, but I recommend checking in first, where they will take the license plate so that you can park free and not worry about coming or going.

Breakfast was good. I also like that it's well located to a lot of restaurants that are safe walking distance from the hotel. The parking structure behind the hotel was easy to navigate. Room fridge was actually cold enough to keep food fresh which was great.

After checking in, I noticed a charge discrepancy and came back to ask about it; was informed it was the incidental charge, which is fine, but I just wish there was more transparency in that process. The driveway out front is quite small and can get congested quite easily which makes for a bit of a stressful check-in/check-out process, especially after a long day of traveling.

It was clean, comfortable and located within walking distance of a ton of restaurants. We find that a huge plus after being in the car all day. The in house laundry facility was very clean and a good value.

They were out of laundry detergent, there was only one decaf in our room and the tissue box was empty. However, they did supply coffee and tissues immediately upon request.

Not only did this hotel have the best breakfast options available, but the hot food was hot and the cold food, cold. I can't recall another hotel that can offer that! The staff was friendly and helpful, and the check-in was easy. The room was extremely clean and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

We literally had no idea where to park. There weren't any instructions on what we needed to do to check in. We even drove around the block a few times before someone said to just pull in and go ask. That wasn't the smoothest, but we figured it out. Once we did that, it was fine. The young man at the desk recommended a Mexican restaurant, just a few minutes away. I understand that it was a Sunday evening, but their service was SLOW and choppy, and it was a dirty place. We wouldn't go back there.

Great location, comfortable beds, and easy parking. Our only complaint was specific to our room location: an unusual motor/generator buzz that seemed to come from the top of the building (we were on top floor). We were guessing equipment of some kind generated the sound, but it was rather annoying trying to relax or fall asleep with that.

Breakfast was OK....nothing out of the ordinary although it wouldn't take much to shine on this one if you tried. Location was great if you want to be in Provo center.

Spa was not clean. Pool closed early and in general those facilities should be open a bit earlier and later. Very disapointing when I was told the pool as open until ten but had cover on it by 9:00 p, m. What good does it do to have an amenity but not time to enjoy it.

I liked the location was within walking distance of many restaurants. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. The breakfast was warm and there was quite a bit of variety. The fitness room was clean and had all the equipment I needed. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Beautiful hotel and rooms. Newer, clean, quiet, walking distance to lots or eateries.

Locking mechanisms did not work, in 2 separate rooms, during 2 separate stays. Parking for the hotel is in an adjacent structure, but larger vehicles like trucks or Tahoes will have to park in an empty lot.
