The heated swimming pools were wonderful, and at this time of the year, we had them all to ourselves. The resort is very pleasant and our king suite was great. We had a wonderful stay.

The only disappointment was the pillows. They were not great, too flat and not comfortable. We didn’t sleep well because of that and woke up with sore necks. This is something you might expect at a cheaper and more basic hotel, but not at a resort of this standing… In my opinion, this is an issue that needs to be improved as soon as possible to match the rest of the resort! Other than that, everything else was perfect.

Beautiful rooms/apartments. Very well-designed layout of the area and great location next to the crater (with hot spring) and golf course. Although construction and renovations are still going on c. lose to the premises we were not really bothered by it. The staff was very willing to help improve our stay. Amazing Bar & Grill next to the pool/golf course. Pools were super fun and although it was a very hectic fully booked weekend we enjoyed still calm and quiet. The Milkhouse for coffee was super cute. The area is surprisingly similar to certain parts of the Alps so no wonder the village Midway is almost themed as the Swiss in USA. We really really enjoyed the atmosphere of the resort and village.

Staff were very friendly. Conversed with us and showed interest in what brought us to the area. Very informative of the amenities they offer. Great food at a very reasonable price. Great views. Cleanest room we have ever stayed in. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Awesome bathroom. Room was nice and warm upon arrival - winter storm outside, so this was great to walk into. Great lighting. Fast wifi connectivity. Exceptional value.

Only thing missing was fridge and microwave, but we didnt select a room with that option.

Beautiful and I believe newly renovated. Very helpful staff and super responsive when asking for recommendations in winter. Really appreciated the beautiful and very unnecessary upgrade they gave us- thank you! We will be back!

There was a bit of a weird smell in the bathroom but they are doing renovations so that may explain it. Not big enough to ruin our experience.

Beautiful location and nice remodel of the property. It will be great to go back and check it out once all of the renovations are done. On site restaurants are closed on Mon & Tue, so we didn't get to try them.

The current construction situation is not ideal, but I understand it is necessary. It will be fun to go back and stay once all of the renovations are done. New pool, gym, etc.

I love the remodel and the pool! We stayed in one of the rooms with the private patios and we loved the access to the property and lounging on the patio.

The pool was freezing cold, so the kids mostly stayed in the hot tub that was only lukewarm. So some adjustments to the temps would work wonders, because that pool is amazing.

We have been coming here for the past 8 years and what they have done to remodel this property is amazing and just stunning! The staff were so kind, helpful, and amazing!

It was a perfect stay! There honestly wasn’t anything to complain about.

i love the new and updated room. they did a magnificent job upgrading everything. the bathrooms are nice the beds are comfortable and the balconies are super nice. My boys and husband were impressed. We did the crater experience and all of us loved it.

We had issues with our keys. we were helped each time but that meant we had to walk all the way to the front desk which was a little inconvenient. As of Feb 2023, they are in the middle of renovations to some of the cottages. parking is limited.

It was so clean and the grounds were lovely. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. We loved the restaurant and the room was excellent.the restaurant was delicious (albeit a little pricey).

It would have been nice to have a microwave and/or mini fridge in the room, and some activities on the property.

Did not like that the parking is pretty far from most rooms. And walkways are not really lit up. No cable in the room they (rooms) only have a ruko.
