The room was cute, clean and comfortable which was wonderful. The check-in was simple and clear and the breakfast the following morning was AWESOME! Chef Paul made some special gluten free crepes for my Husband who has Celiac and was so kind and the food was delicious to boot! We will for sure be staying again!

The house was built in 1902 and so the items within are very oriented to that time which is so fun, however the sink and toilet were also time period so super short and we are not used to having little potties and short sinks...but not a big deal at all.

What a great place! An historic house beautifully restored & adapted for it's current use. The people running it could not have been nicer, they made sure every detail of the room, breakfast etc were perfect. The room was spotless & furnished with great taste, fitting in completely with the age of the building. Great location, just a few minutes walk from Main Street. Having stayed in literally hundreds if not thousands of places over many years, this is one of only a handful that stand out & that one always remember. Definitely a 'go to' place in Heber City.

Our stay was only one night!

This was actually our first time going to a bed and breakfast and had no idea what to expect. However it was the most beautiful and lovely experience we've ever had because everything was so amazing. Thank you!

So many stairs 😅. I got a room that apparently was on the 3rd floor, and I had no idea just how out of shape I was until now, haha. No complaints though.

Very cozy and comfortable. The made to order crepe or egg breakfast (and a few other options) was excellent and the service was great. Location is good - we walked to dinner every night - just a few blocks off the main drag. The rooms seem to be well spaced, both on the same floor and with floors above (at least my room was!).

I know they are going for rustic, but my dresser's drawers were tough to open and close. The free standing tub with shower add-on was a bit to deal with. The street noise was worse than expected, but not too bad.

Our stay at the inn was exceptional. The owner upgraded our room to the spa room, which was a very nice surprise. The staff are extremely nice, and gave us a lot of information and history of the area. Breakfast was exceptional! There is a chef that cooks your breakfast to order and truly puts his heart into it! Absolutely delicious. The room was nicely done, very comfortable and clean. The location is perfect for driving into the beautiful surrounding mountains. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful, quiet, and clean place to stay. Lori and Ray Maloy

I loved the charm and history of it all. The second you open the front door it’s like you stepped back in time. The rooms were adorable with the absolute finest touch of antique living style while also keeping modern utilities. There are so many details in every little thing you see. Literally. From decorations, to wall paper, to the flooring, to the trim, seating area, books, tables..etc. I can go on and on. The cleaning staff do a remarkable job at keeping up with the cleanliness of it all. While it looks old and antique like, it does not smell nor feel yucky or dusty. Not even in the slightest. Great place! Can’t say enough about it.

The candy that sits in the glass jars in the bedroom, taste like the air fresheners (I’m assuming) that are sprayed to help make the rooms smell clean.

Beautiful old historic house in good location. Breakfast was excellent with many choices. Plenty of parking. Staff very friendly.

The house is on 2 busy streets with plenty of construction trucks since Heber City is growing rapidly. This created a lot of noise inside and outside the B&B, which is no fault of the owner, of course. We left the air conditioner on all night which acted as "white noise" to block most of the traffic noise.

Communication with this B&B was phenomenal! No guessing required. The rooms were separated by hospitality closets offering way more seclusion and privacy than expected. The manager is friendly and respectful, reading people well to know if they want conversation or just bare minimum contact. What a gem! Breakfast was absolutely indulgent, and will be part of the "remember when....." conversations we have when we talk about this trip.

Literally can't think of a single thing.

What a great/ lovely place. We definitely will be back next year. We highly recommend this B&B, best place we ever stayed. The house has an incredible Victorian charm. We loved the accommodation and the breakfast was out of sight.

Very lovely place.

I was comfortable, but the lady felt a little claustrophobic. The staff was amazing. Very accommodating, considering the wife was recovering from surgery, room was on second floor. They were willing to bring plates of food to make it easy on her which I greatly appreciate. I had a special request for a supplement to my breakfast order and it was met gladly and without complaint!

Bed seemed really small for a Queen size. Room was on the small side. I was under the impression that the second and final payment for our reservation would be paid upon arrival. However it was automatically taken out a few days before our booked arrival date which put me in a financial bind as I wasn't paid again until the day before our arrival. May have been my misunderstanding however, communication would have been appreciated via email or what have you.
