It was our second stay at the Grand Summit Resort. Its location was great for our purposes (foliage peeping). In general, we were quite satisfied with our choice: the room had all amenities we needed, and it was clean; we used the pool and jet&soaking tub A LOT (everything worked and seemed to be well maintained)

The room was quite smelly. It got better once we allowed A LOT of fresh air into it. But the first impression was definitely not the best((

The kitchen was fully equipped. The arcade was great, we enjoyed the swimming pool and the sauna. The staff was helpful and very inviting. There was a very good holiday atmosphere. The room was spacious.

If there was an option of breakfast it would be great. The rest was great.

The Resteraunt was not open. There was a deli on site that was a complete rip off. A cold packaged sandwich wrap was $15.00. A buffet style precooked breakfast of Eggs, potatoes and bacon (single serving) was $18.00. Beds cheap and not comfortable, No refrigerator in room

The proximity to everything in the area including Harriman reservoir. Also the view from the deck , the amenities ( pool , jacuzzis outside , the huge fireplace to relax at night. Gym is nice , recommend to take a night swim in the big pool.

My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hot tub/sauna/heated pool were very enjoyable. Staff was very kind and responsive

No breakfast?! No fridge in the room. Expensive for a pretty generic feeling hotel

very nice a little noisy tho in the am with all the construction going on

it rained the last nite we were there and no tv connection so it was a long night .. luckily the baseball game got postponed and we didn’t miss it

The hotel restaurant was not open, which I would have liked to know prior to arriving

The entire property is very dirty under bed behind the night tables, spa mold in the shower, cealing, dust bowls inside the sauna room, the should remove the floor in the sauna to hose bleach the floor, if you step second or third floor lobby and look down you will si all dust on lights edges, corners etc, hallway carpet and carpet edges are very dusty inside the fire extinguishers compartment very dusty at all is dirty really need a deep cleaning for the price then we are paying for

-The rooms at the grand Summit are expensive -Breakfast is not included -Made service is not included during the stay -The gym could use some more machines -need to have more of a gathering place maybe to play ping-pong, pool or just play cards
