Excellent communication and overall accommodation, especially for a late night check-in scenario. I appreciated receiving a direct text (from an actual staff member on site!) with clear instructions v.s. the usual sifting through booking-confirmation emails to find instructions. Something as simple as this was so personal and made us feel relieved we weren't keeping staff up late waiting for us to check-in, while also not feeling abandoned or locked out as tired guests. My only wish is that we could have stayed longer the following morning, but we had already made breakfast plans with friends in town so we were on our way early the next morning. There is an outdoor + indoor pool, and our room had a small balcony with a sliding door that would have been perfect for a morning coffee had we stayed longer. We will definitely be back to soak up some more time to relax at this hidden gem.

I was pleasantly surprised as this smallish cozy inn(40 rms) was recently updated and is nicely laid out. Kacey(sp?) At desk was as friendly & helpful as can be. And Chris the Bartender was very fun and informative to chat with, not to mention made me a great drink and their pub food was very good! Also, sauna and pool looked great, although I didn't get chance to use. Finally, a wow great full buffet breakfast on weekends, did the trick!! Thx Grey Bonnet!! AND 10 min to Killington!

2 minor room repair issues I let them know about but nothing that interfered with my stay. Will book here again for sure.

Staff was friendly and welcoming, the room was very clean and comfortable. The hot breakfast each weekend morning was amazing and included with the stay. The property is easy to park at and to navigate and very close to PICO and Killington. There is a bar with tavern food right on the property and each room has a mini fridge and there is a microwave in the common area. Great pool and sauna.

Only bummer was I was with my kids and the game room was closed for renovations while we were there and the pool on the second day had a late opening and I think that resulted in it being much colder than when we checked in Friday night. When the pool is at temp its great, there is a sauna as well. No hot tub though so keep that in mind. Despite that we would definitely stay again and the staff and the property were great.

We had a wonderful stay at the Inn for our short 3-day ski trip to Killington. Everything about this place was spot on: clean, comfortable, friendly staff, 13-minute drive to Killington, etc. but the best part is the hot breakfast! Maple bacon/ham/sausages, eggs, biscuit/gravy, great coffee, on top of the usual options. The kids loved the Game Room! For the 2 nights, it was also the cheapest by $100 compared to everywhere else in the area. We will definitely come back here whenever we come to the area!

The place is well appointed, and with a cozy Vermont vibe. Breakfast is above average for the Killington area.

Unfortunately our weekend there overlapped with a college ski club, who thought it was appropriate to run around the hallways and make a lot of noise till about 2am. Its not really the property's fault, but it did show us that the walls are not well sound insulated. Bring earplugs just in case. Staff was super apologetic to us.

Great little inn that is very close to Killington. We stayed for the World Cup . The staff as awesome , rooms and hotel all recently renovated . The restaurant , bar and pool were closed but it didn’t really matter . We weren’t using them . Good value and breakfast was very good and included.

The water is mineral dense and brown but it didn’t really make a difference . They provided free bottled water and a water refill station .

Has a very cozy feel to it. The rooms are nice and the location near killington mountain is great!

The pool was closed during our trip which was noted already before we booked so that wasn’t terrible. The water has a slight brown tint to it that we were told about when we got there and that it was tested and completely safe. They did provide complimentary water bottles if we needed water which was very nice.

Great place. Kylie and Auburn, the two managers are amazing. They are very attentive and go out of their way to make sure the guests are happy. The place is in a good location close to Pico mountain. The rooms are clean, comfortable, have a mini fridge and very comfortable beds. Would highly recommend.

This was a weird stay bc we were the only people at the hotel, so it felt very odd checking in, but the place was running and clean. Arcade and indoor pool were amazing for my kids

Outdoor pool looks to be discontinued and the breakfast was a bit meager. Onsite restaurants I guess only runs in winter.

I found the inn exceptionally clean and updated.The staff were very accommodating and informative about the area. The continental breakfast was great! I will definitely be returning to the Grey bonnet .

Wish I could have stayed longer.
