Location & Mountain View was epic! Bed was comfortable & plenty of pillows. Shower got hot and room was clean. Staff was amazing: Front Desk, Bar Tenders, Gift Shop gals, and Shuttle driver…all awesome.

2nd night…after a long hard day of skiing…we had a group of ppl with a dog or two…(could tell)…stayed above us and it was miserable. Dog kept zooming everywhere for 2 hrs…last hour was after 10pm. Barking…zooming…sound like a bigger dog & ppl. Absolutely couldn’t sleep. I had air pods in, still heard nothing but thudding…still am. Tried calling front desk to kindly ask the room above to quiet down plz…4 different times…only rang… Moving forward…Please put dogs on 1st level plz. This really sucks.

The Mountain Inn is located next to the ski lifts at the end of town. The staff was friendly, and the room was comfortable. We had a small dog with us that was well pampered with treats and open areas around the hotel for exploring. The breakfast included fresh fruit and hot oatmeal. The restaurant serves good pub food for a reasonable price.

We could occasionally hear our upstairs neighbors. We were there for 4 nights and put a service request on our door after night two for room cleaning. It was ignored, so when I personally asked at the front desk for service the next day, the only service we got was clean towels piled on the dresser table and emptied trash. I explained upon leaving that I normally leave a tip for housekeeping but did not believe any tip was earned for our stay.

Our stay was very good. The room and bathroom are excellent, modern, comfortable and cozy, comfort of the bed and pillows were wonderful. The service from the staff was impeccable, always very helpful and attentive, friendly, smiling and polite . All our special requests were met. We went to a wedding in the area and stayed at this hotel. The kids couldn't use the pool because we were busy with the wedding, but they were super kind in allowing us to extend our check out by a few hours so the kids could use the pool. The little details enchanted me. It was a great choice, For those who go with the objective of skiing, the White Mountains are literally in front of you, forming a beautiful landscape. I highly recommend it.

I can't say I didn't like it... I have no complaints. Just observations... there is no microwave in the room and it would be too much even with a small child. The pool is hot, but it is literally outdoors, and in the winter you are exposed, but I believe that this is a differentiating point for those who enjoy it.

The hotel is well located and all facilities are kept nice and clean. The staff was very accommodating with our requests( needed adjacent rooms), check in/out procedure was very fast and efficient. Everyone we enecountered and exchanged conversations with were helpful with information as we were visiting it for the first time. Shuttles to the mountain a plus but we drove and picked up kids ourselves. Outdoor heated pool was a treat after a long ski/snowboarding day. We will be sure to look to stay again.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was Continental and they offered egg sandwiches with cheese ,bacon or sausage. The location is great and they have a shuttle to the mountain for pick up and return. There is a restaurant, bar, and lounge, plus a distillery on-site, a nice way to relax after a day of skiing.. The room was clean and updated with a large bathroom and very comfortable beds. Also a nice gift shop if you need anything.

Ski locker, reliable on-demand shuttle to and from Snowshed ski area (4 mins), heated pool in winter, warm & clean rooms, on-premises restaurant and bar, breakfast included, "The Den" lounge area with fireplace (can use as a workspace too,) cool decor, friendly & accommodating staff. This is a 50-room boutique hotel. It is authentic and casual. Within driving distance of several other restaurants.

The hotel offers swift communication and boasts a team of amiable staff, readily accommodating changes in schedules with grace. The breakfast is well balanced, the beds are plush, and the array of amenities—including a heated pool and a game room—was thoroughly enjoyable. A particular highlight was the comedy show, and the dining experience at the hotel's restaurants added the perfect finishing touch. Each member of the staff we encountered was both attentive and friendly. While this was my inaugural visit, my siblings have enjoyed the hotel's offerings for the second time. Its unbeatable location, directly opposite the Killington Ski Resort, provides a scenic backdrop that enhances the dining experience with magnificent views. A++

Potentially user error but we could not get the HVAC unit to switch from heat to cool. Though the air purifier in the room made up for it!

We loved this place! Amazing location, awesome to be able to bring our dogs, lovely heated pool, continental breakfast. Best was the manager and staff who were so welcoming, helpful and friendly. We felt extremely well taken care of. And the price for the room was very reasonable.

We came off season early May, restaurant on site and majority of restaurants, etc. around the area not open was the only down side.

The staff. I had a really bad day which meant I couldn’t get to the hotel until 21.00. The hotel sent me the standard welcome sms message. I replied and said I was sorry but I would be late checking in. I got an immediate response saying reception is manned until 22.00. When I arrived at 21.00 the young man took me up to my room. The room was great and the breakfast was really good

Nothing it’s a great place to stay

The staff were excellent! So friendly and accommodating. The pool was the perfect temperature to relax after skiing on a spring day. The breakfast was excellent and had several options including boiled eggs and yogurt. The location is perfect. The restaurant and distillery were excellent. Probably the best gin we have ever had. Super fun stay!

Guest with dogs unleashed in the common room for several hours. I am a dog person but it made it impossible to use the room.
