From the moment we walked in, we felt welcome here. We just happened to be (mostly) the only guests for the week, so we got to spend a lot of time chatting with Rosie and Holger. They recommended places to eat and visit, and they even set up a table for us to have takeout dinner from one of the local places. They remembered our preferences and went out of their way to be great hosts. The breakfasts were outstanding here! Rosie and Holger provide a delicious 3 course breakfast every morning. We barely needed a lunch most days because they served so much great food! We don't have any special dietary needs, but they would be happy to make adjustments for any guest that needs them. In the afternoon they also provide tea/coffee and a muffin from 4-5 pm, and they also serve bottles of water and soda in the mini fridges in the rooms. They even have some herbs like mint that they grow on the back deck and serve with guest breakfasts. Their attention to detail is evident in everything they do, and I loved learning about all they had done to update the Victorian home. Definitely give the information packet about Governor Stickney a read - it's very fascinating.

The apartment was very nice. The kitchen rooms and fireplace were great.

They say there is a sauna in the apartment but there isn’t. They say there is a sauna in the sports center next door but it’s under repair and will be for a while so they have no sauna. We told them we were very disappointed because they state there is a sauna in the apartment but they said there is a sauna and that is that. The drawers in the kitchen need cleaning. The rest of the apartment was clean.

Excellent breakfast, helpful staff, very clean and charming B&B in a perfect location in town. Cable/wifi was great, and they accommodated our dietary restrictions.

Room was small and bathroom did not have a bathtub, but both had been accurately described. Room got some noise from the street and from other guests walking by in the hallways.

Such a cozy spot, located close to Okemo. We stayed in the Abigail room which was a perfect size for my husband and I. The hospitality was wonderful as well and the breakfast was DELICIOUS! I was so full I could not finish it all- each breakfast was 3 mini courses, a mix of sweet and savory. So yummy!

A beautifully preserved historic home in the heart of Ludlow in gorgeous Vermont. The inn is spotless and adorned with tasteful decor. Delicious (and copious) homemade breakfasts served in a warm setting made even warmer by its gracious hosts.

There is absolutely nothing negative to say. Everything about the inn, the hosts, the breakfast and the setting was perfect.

Breakfast was super, all freshly made with top quality ingredients. Lovely setting in the dining room. I can't express enough how wonderful the owners are, they made us feel so welcome, providing freshly baked cake and coffee on arrival and also really useful tips on where to go and what to see.

The only small criticism would be the bed is a tad squeaky...but still very cozy and comfortable.

Super clean room and bathroom. Room stocked with free water bottles and soda. Breakfasts beautifully presented and delicious. Friendly hosts.

Through no fault of the innkeeper, most places in town were closed due to recent flooding

It was a very quaint and cozy home!! The owners were amazing with every thing done in a gracious and detailed manner. They were very attentive to every guest there. The breakfasts on both days was delicious and done in a way where you felt you were royalty!! We will definitely be back!!

Very cute place. Its got many antique aspects to it but very clean and adorable. The spa tub with jets in the suite is definitely worth it! The Innkepers were very nice and had recommendations about restaurants and activities in the area.

The breakfast was great and the food was great and the hospitality was very pleasant to us
