Maddie, who checked us in, was extremely sweet and helped us navigate the property. We had an issue with the air-conditioning not working in our room at check-in. She tried to resolve it and find us another room. Nate in maintenance tried to resolve the air-conditioning issue in both rooms we were given. There was some issue that was beyond normal means. Working with his boss and Maddie, they were able to accommodate our stay in a room with air-conditioning. They all were so personable, caring, looking to make our stay comfortable. We were grateful for these two people and how genuine they were. We will definitely come back because of them. Maddie also had checked us in for dinner at the castle. She was a wealth of knowledge of the history and we decided to stay in one of the rooms in the castle soon. Kelly was our waitress making our dinner there exceptional with her kindness and knowledge. The food was exceptional to add.

Everyone made it wonderful.

The hotel was very clean, really quiet, and the bed was very comfortable, we slept as well as we do at home. The staff were all extremely nice and friendly. We took advantage of the pool and the hot tub, both were nice and clean. The price was surprisingly low for such a nice room. Very happy with our stay, we will most likely be back on our way through next September.

There was nothing we didn't like. The only thing that we could think of that would have improved the room would be usb ports for plugging phones in on the nightstand.

The pool and hot tub were very clean. We stopped for one overnight stay before heading to Maine, and the room that we stayed in was very clean, and spacious. The front desk staff were very friendly, and helpful. They are treasures!

The property was under renovation and many of the rooms, that were in the “older” section were open to see within. I realize that the rooms may be open due to ongoing construction, but it was a bit odd to see the hotel rooms exposed for viewing while staying at the establishment.

Nice location. Quiet town

First room assigned to lock on the door would not open, even after 4 keys tried. They gave us another room with a spa tub. The room was great. It had a nice fireplace and kitchen/eating area. Problem was that the spa tub was tired and could only be turned off by removing the access panel and unplugging the tub. Staff was great…. Really friendly indoor pool was very clean, just a big cold for my liking

Loved the vibe of the place, staff very friendly, found out later about the castle and it's history, so will check out the restaurant next visit. A very nice place overall - nice location, enjoyed pool and hot tub apres ski.

Room was too hot - had to figure out the thermostat at 1:30 am, but did that and cooled it down. Only complaint at all is that both of us had allergies as carpet needed a good thorough cleaning and drying - probably pretty old.

Loved the place got lucky and had some beautiful weather to hang out by the pool. I had a massage and facial at the spa. The facial was delightful. The Aveda products are used. Dinner at the Castle was a beautiful experience. The food was delicious and the setting amazing. Sorry to hear about the devastating flooding earlier this year. Everyone in town takes it in stride and helps each other out. Sweet little Bermont Resort town.

Nothing to eat at the hotel itself.

Super well located for a ski trip to Okemo. Very comfortable bed. Great facilities, including a hot tub and swimming pool

We had difficulties to turn the fridge and heater on. Staff helped to resolve the issues, so not a big deal at the end. Breakfast was not the best (but convenient)

Everything is according to the price. Do not expect newly remodeled rooms and super comfy beds for the price they charge. There is always a balance between quality and price and this hotel right on spot. Could it be better- sure but its not going to be at this price point. If someone is looking for perfection- look somewhere else and be ready to pay much more.

Extra taxes and fees

Only one day, but 2nd stay this season. Would like a microwave to go with the refrigerator, which could also be elevated off the floor for easier access to those of us taller than 3 feet.

Whirlpool bath was permanently shut off. Pool and hot tub closed for the season. No microwave.

King room was spacious and comfortable with places to sit without having to be always on the bed. Nice window covers for privacy and blocking early morning light.

Was disappointed that breakfast was only available on weekends as it appeared to be a very nice dining area and its always nice to have breakfast included. After some tiring skiing was thinking about staying an extra day and driving home in daylight instead of night, but surprisingly no vacancy for that Tuesday night without shifting rooms so decided if moving bags might as well put in car and go home.
