Starting with check-in, Miles was outstanding, so personable and so professional, doing everything he could to ensure a perfect stay. I have travelled extensively, and rarely have I experienced such impeccable service and care. Our rooms were perfection - spacious, spotless, beautifully equipped and with lovely views and extremely comfortable beds. We had planned to eat out, but finally opted for the hotel restaurant and were so glad we did. Caleb was incredible, so warm and welcoming and offering such excellent service and recommendations. Both Caleb and Miles at the desk made our stay truly memorable, and are a great asset to this hotel. The food and service were so good that we came back the next night and were not disappointed. Thank you so much for an unforgettable experience!

the indoor pool could use some renovation. Everything else was amazing.

Lovely mountain hotel close to the town. It is worth the detour feom woodstock. Parking is free and the rooms are huge, the kitchen, bathrooms and linens were very cleam and there were a lot of activities to do inside (billard and game room, reading room with fireplace, restaurant, marshmellow fireplace, pool, arcade room, theater, gym, restaurant) It's a nice place to relax and have a romantic weekend.

The pool could be modernized. Because the pool floor is ancient it has a material that makes the water looks yellow, which gives the perception of poor cleanning, althought it was not the case. The hotel doesn't serve breakfast but there is an amazing place olny 3 minutes by car with excellent food (Butcher and Pantry).

Room was spacious, beds super comfortable. Thought decor of rooms were great. Staff was fabulous at the front desk. Pantry had all the items and more! Bar was ok. Didn't eat there but menu looked pleasant.

Bathrooms needs a little updating, alot of the common spaces could use some refresh. Pool building looks in despair, not inviting and quite a far distance from the main lodge. Please be mindful you are a distance from most ammenities, come prepared. No restaurants within 7-10 miles.

All the stuff for kids to do,pool was huge,movie theater was awesome could've been different,family themed movie though Jurassic Park series was scary for my 5 yr. old granddaughter

Had to take our own garbage out and should have an easier way to the fireplace for older people with bad legs,etc..Also need more lighting outside pool area,my daughter in law felel one evening coming out as there was no lights

Everything, it was peaceful, calming, and very clean. The staff were very friendly and it wasn't too far from Winsdor, if you wanted to shop or just sew the sights. The pool was one of the best pools I swam in. It was an Olympic size and very spacious, and 9 feet deep. The facility has a game room and a community center for kids. They had a movie theater, a billiards hall, a ballroom, and a weight fitness center. The kids loved the playground and the pool. The hiking trails were very well kept as well. The villa apartments were spacious with a small kitchen, sitting room, 2 bathrooms, and 2 bedrooms. It also it provided a complmentary laundry room for guests. and the whole facility was very well kept as well. The restaurant was fancy but not too fancy where you had to dress up. The food was excellent there as well. I couldn't ask for a better place to stay. I will definitely book again, and also, I do recommend others to book as well. The pricing was reasonable. You definitely get your money's worth staying here.

These are condo's not hotel rooms. The size of the living area was as big as my house. Lot's of things to do on the property. When I checked in the one bedroom was locked. I called and within minutes the staff was there to open the room. Fun place to stay.

The restaurant is closed on Tuesday and Wednesday, so we had to drive into another town to eat. Location seemed far away from everything. The pool so far from our unit we drove to it.

Very spacious and clean apartments. Beautiful location - nestled against a mountain and hiking trails right behind the hotel. A short drive from many local attractions. The staff were very helpful and friendly. And there is a fantastic grocery/cafe (Brownsville Butcher & Pantry) about 5 minutes walk from the hotel - accessible by a short trail in front of the registration building.

The pools could be better maintained, but it seems they are getting updated now. And we couldn't get any cell signal in the area or in the vicinity. Thankfully the hotel wifi was pretty good.

Friendly accommodating staff. Nice, quiet, comfortable, and spacious stay option for the family with kitchen facilities. Nice on-site restaurant. We were accommodated on short notice - the staff worked hard to ensure we got a 2-bedroom villa. They take fire monitoring and control very seriously - noting the sprinklers in each room, monitors, and alarms. This is especially important when you have so many villas each with kitchen facilities.

All good. Nothing I can think of. It worked out great for the family.

Visited for my daughter's Dartmouth graduation. Great location with many wildlives, including a porcupine (I think). Very clean and spacious. Kitchen was also clean and well eqipped. Staffs were nice and kind. I can't find anything wrong with my stay.

Front desk was amazing! I was right away told about the area and was made aware of everything they offer. They gave us a great conversation and few laughs. Probably some of the best staff I’ve come across in my many stays at hotels. The room was beyond what I expected. Comfortable and very relaxing. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a great dinner.
