This hotel exceeded our expectations! The staff at the Align Inn is truly top-notch. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with exceptional service. Chelsea and Julie at the front desk were so welcoming and efficient, and we were consistently impressed by the professionalism and helpfulness of the team. We also want to give a special shout-out to Ky in housekeeping, who went above and beyond by reaching out to us after we forgot something in our room. The entire property, including our room, was spotless and well-maintained. We felt right at home and can't recommend this place enough for anyone visiting the area.

When we entered the check-in area, I noticed how clean and comfortable the area was. It had a fire going in the fireplace and comfy chairs and couch. Our room was so neat and clean, it was equipped with a microwave, refrigerator and small coffeepot with regular and decaf coffee, also tea bags. Plenty of clean towels and the usual supply of shampoo, etc. As for breakfast, there was food for everyones taste, from yogurt and fruit to waffles and maple syrup. I know this is a lengthy review, but I think visitors should know what to expect. We would go back there in a heartbeat.

The young woman at the front desk when we arrived was very helpful and personable. I wish I could remember her name. Our room was in the back and it was very quiet with no road or construction noise. Breakfast was good with numerous options. I like the breakfast area, open and comfortable.

I don't like uncarpeted floors in hotel rooms. I feel the "grit" on my feet when there's no carpet and feel the need to always brush off my feet before getting on or into the bed. I don't think it's possible to wipe the floor so thoroughly that this "grit" isn't felt.

Breakfast was a convenient, cost-effective, acceptable alternative to going to a local restaurant. Location was a plus. Very handy access to the gorge, nature center, nearby antique mall and getting to Quechee location of Simon Pearce. Easy to get to Woodstock a few miles away. We needed to get to RT 89 quickly upon leaving. Room access and parking was convenient. Room generally clean. Appreciated clean towels and making beds each day.

Although room was clean, there were a few shortcomings. We would have appreciated a small closet, and a few cabinet drawers to hang jackets and store clothes. The top cover of bed had a small, unsightly soiled area. We left a note asking for more soap that was not received.

Beautiful area with lots to do within walking distance. The cookies in the lobby were delicious. The staff was very friendly. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was good and you can make your own waffles. We enjoyed walking the gorge trail that is across the street and the homemade maple walnut ice cream and maple creamy at the gorge snack bar were delicious 😋 There are some covered bridges, farms and the very scenic town of Woodstock near by.

Check in was smooth and seamless. The room and parking was convenient for unloading the car. The room itself was clean and contained all amenities needed. The bed was super comfortable. Slept all night. Our Grandson loved the pool. The water was warm enough that I joined him. Breakfast was also good. Waffles and breakfast sandwiches. The location is great! Quechee Gorge within walking distance, restaurant and mini golf next door. Price was super affordable. Can't wait for our next visit.

The hotel was very nice- cleanliness is the most important for me and it was very clean and everything looked good. The staff was very nice. Breakfast was good continental breakfast and had a variety of options. The pool area and the water were warm and clean too. We enjoyed our stay, thank you!

The only thing I didn’t like was that the floor in the room was always chilly and a little damp (so bring your slippers)) It was humid outside so maybe that affected it. I don’t like using air conditioners so I wasn’t running it either. And the rooms suppose to be non smoking but I could smell that somebody still smoked there maybe a long time ago. I’m not a smoker and can smell it a mile away 🙂

Breakfast was fair King bed and room were lovely Location was great for pit stop straight off the 89 Everywhere was well kept and very clean Rachel was very helpful and welcoming at front desk We enjoyed relaxing with a drink in the shade of the gazebo on the lawn

On arrival the room we were offered was unacceptable. The room and bed were very small; the location was overlooking the highway with continuous noisy traffic going by. The window and door actually faced the highway. There was no where to sit outside the room. We complained to Rachel at the front desk who rose to the occasion and gave us a larger room with king bed and all in all a better location with door opening to a park like setting.

Location is perfect for visiting Quechee Gorge and Simon Pierce glassworks. Room was attractively redecorated and had good lighting and convenient places to recharge phones and iPads. Front desk staff were welcoming and professional.

The grounds outside the rooms away from the road were very unkempt. The gutters had weeds growing out of them! TV was really tiny compared to two other hotels we stayed in on this trip at similar price points.

This wasn't the cheapest, this wasn't the most expensive, but this was by far the Best place we stayed in during our New England trip. The employees were kind and very helpful. The pool was warm and clean. They even have coin operated a washer and dryer for use, but I completely forgot to use them because we were having so much fun in the pool! The location is great, across the street is a cute little hike, wear your swim suit and bring water shoes if it warm! And far as food goes, there is a pizza place on one side and a restaurant on the other.
