The room appeared to be recently redecorated. All of the furniture was very nice and clean. The room had a kitchenette with a full stove, plus all the typical things you'd expect in a motel. The outside appearance of the Motel had us a little nervous, but the room was lovely.

The location is outside of Claremont proper, so there is nothing within walking distance, but its a short drive to town. We could hear our neighbors through the bathroom wall (they weren't being loud, just thin walls), but the bedroom proper was quiet.

Overall condition of the room was nicer than the location of outside of the place indicated. Floors were newer vinyl plank, toilet updated and modern, lighting was updated. Beds were relatively comfortable with a selection of pillows. Modern TV with a reasonable amount of channels. A decent sized mini-fridge and a small microwave provides all you would need for a couple day stay. Check in and check out process was easy. Close to Claremont business district without being "downtown." Easy access to some restaurants and chains.

Would have liked an available outlet near the bed (this is a typical older hotel/motel issue)...I just unplugged one of the accessory lights temporarily. Although one guest had hot water for a brief shower (5 minutes at most), the next guest did not...not quite ice-cold. Sink hot water was scalding if you weren't careful, though. The immediate neighboring area seems a little rundown, but I didn't feel unsafe.

Staff was very helpful as we had to travel farther to an event planning to return late evening. Staff cheerfully let us check in early so that we did not have to go to the office on our return in the late evening.

Usually we receive a continental breakfast at this price point.

Very clean rooms. It was a very pleasant surprise. It was very quiet as well. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.

Its location is ideal for me…. I also like the the staff…. Very nice and friendly people!

The room was a bit chilly upon entering…. If I could make a small recommendation it would be to have pre booked rooms at 68 degrees upon arrival

Clean and comfortable with clearly recently renovated rooms. The room had a fridge and a microwave and a coffee maker. The location was very convenient for us. The staff was very pleasant.

Very clean! Close to downtown, quick drive to mount sunapee, nice staff, and spotless room! There wasn’t even dust on the radiators. Don’t let the outside appearance deter you from staying.

Thin walls, but overall great stay!

Surprisingly nice stay for one night in an older motor lodge with clean rooms loaded with handy amenities. Easy accessible from local road. It seems to be busy and popular because I saw a lot of cars on parking lot. Cheap and good.

Parking lot asphalt surface needs a major improvement.
