The staff were attentive and helpful. The breakfast was good with many options (eges, omelets, meats, dary products, fruit and cereal, and some more options). Coffee and tea are available all day. The room was huge and conformable with a kitchen and lots of areas to sit, work, etc. We were 4 adults and 1 child, and we had plenty of space. The location was comfortable for our needs.

The bathroom needs updating, a broken tile on the floor, a change of the bath curtain, and fixing the water shower top, which makes noise.

Comfortable, clean room that was quiet even with multiple groups of youth sports teams staying at the same time. The front desk staff was wonderful and polite, with local area knowledge that made the trip better. The gym was small but had all the things I needed, and being open 24 hours was a great bonus.

The breakfast needed a bit more variety as the two days kind of ran back the same options on the proteins. Sausages on one day saw mill gravy with what looked like the day before chopped up left over sausages.

I had concerns about the hotel reading some reviews but none was true. Nice, very clean hotel, spacious room, great value (cost/benefit), one of the best breakfasts in similar hotela (Roberta taking care of breakfast hall was great), all day tea and coffee), definitely recommended

Location was fine, but the signage in the dark was difficult to read.

It was extremely noisy for several hours on our arrival in the first floor hallway and stairway caused by a swim team totally out of control, while the parents, or chaperones, were enjoying a wine fueled social hour. After our second complaint, the manager appeared and quickly brought the situation to a halt. Also, on checking out in the morning, we were pleasantly surprised to notice our bill had been substantially reduced.

Clean, neat and tidy

A bit confusing driving into it; there is another motor in the opposite side of the street. Perhaps we missed the sign however, it didn’t seem to pop out at us. Walked into the lobby of the other motel first and they directed us to our property.

Breakfast is good.

Window shade room #169 doesn’t work. The window is facing the parking lot, so the staff gave us a blanket to cover the window. We had to cover it ourselves. It is very disappointed. We were charged in full amount without any discount.

Forgive me Holiday Inn for I have sinned! I was in white river for two nights. the first one was spent at the white river inn next door and what a mistake that was. your facility was not only friendlier, it was obviously cleaner, newer, it felt much safer, and breakfast was outstanding! I can’t wait to come back next year for the same event (assuming I get invited back) I will be staying both nights at the holiday inn!

There were some very minor issues with the room. like the night stand had a sticky residue on it from the bottom of a coffee cup from a previous guest but other than that my stay was fantastic!

Great location to attractions in the surrounding area. Large , attractive room, hotel seems relatively new. Good breakfast.

Room was extremely warm (we were on third floor$,and couldn’t lower the temperature. Actually had to keep the window up even though it got down to 40 degrees outside , room never got cold .

that the pool is not in your building i specifically looked for zn indoor pool as I have MS .was not happy that the pool was next door and very cold so was unable to use it.

Staff very kind and friendly through and through Breakfast buffet was good as well, nice selection. Coffee very good. Room was great size overall Nice window view of countryside.

Poorly lit (no light) /dark area of sign for road way entrance to IGH. Room window next to bed slightly drafty cold. Didn't know hotel was related to one across from us that had a available indoor pool for use at no extra charge. Could hear the highway from time to time early in morning.
