Breakfast was excellent. It was busy, but the staff kept the food trays full constantly. The eggs say they are cage free, and the butter says grass fed. The coffee is good and there are real plates and metal forks. The pork sausage was excellent. The turkey sausage the next day was not my thing (kind of artificially sweet). They also offered pancakes, waffles, toast, hashbrowns, oatmeal, whole fruit, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, juice, etc. The room was clean and roomy. The Kitchen in the room was nice to have for nighttime tea.

The bed is very firm. Pillows are also very firm.

I loved my room. Everything was so comfortable. Being able to stream Netflix, etc. was great. The size and placement of the tv was perfect. There were multiple places in the room to sit comfortably.

I would have appreciated a telephone call letting me know about that I'd inadvertently left unopened food in the freezer. It was a full-size apple pie and two quarts of unopened vegan ice cream that I'd planned to bring to a gathering. It was my responsibility, of course, to collect all of my things but I was disappointed in what I'm guessing was the housekeeping staff's choice to simply keep it and not given me an opportunity to circle back and retrieve it.

GREAT service - clean rooms, exceptional greeters. The breakfast accommodated my gluten-free daughter's needs...and the location with a Starbuck's and the Coop was GREAT!

As much as I appreciate the plates + silverware, perhaps include paper plates and plastic silverware for those who might have dietary restrictions/concerns.

The room was very clean and nice. The only issue we had was the plumbing pipes banged during the night, till everyone went to bed. Spoke to the manager in the morning and he was going to check on the issue. We had a Doctor appointment at 8am at Dartmouth Hitchcock so we didn't get to have a breakfast. We did enjoy coffee in the room!

Nice property, great facilities, well-stocked shop, pharmacy and decent places to eat.

There were 2 nights where the boiler broke down and hot water wasn’t available in some rooms. Staff worked hard to restore supply and I was offered a refund for that night.

Very clean. The staff were great!!! My third stay at this hotel. I love this hotel! Also has groceries, package store, and restaurant on site, all within easy walking distance. What’s not to like!!!

Good coffee; protein - eggs and a breakfast meat of bacon or sausage. Turkey sausage is dried out and tasteless. Need a bit more toast or bagels - ran out.

There was a stain on the sofa in our room.

was able to access a wheel chair. the shower was nice. the TV was great.

room was very far from entrance for people that have mobility issues. bed was so high my husband had to sleep on couch

Able to accommodate our cat. Very comfortable and spacious room. Free breakfast.

Fire detector right above bed so the indicator light shone on us all night.

Need more choices like pancakes or more waffles. Need sugar free syrup. Hot chocolate I did enjoy the stay good location for doing things in NH and Vermont
