The suite configuration of our room and the hotel is pet friendly. Those were the reasons we booked here. The hideabed was made up for us when we got there. It seems like a nice family hotel with the pool and picnic area. Our room was at the end of the hall so we had extra windows and not much traffic past our door. I liked that there was a tray in the room so I could bring breakfast upstairs.

The elevator is too small post COVID. There was a pair of men hanging out in the stairwell. There was still food from the previous guest in the refrigerator. The hideabed was hella uncomfortable. A kitchenette would have been nice. The breakfast room was too small for the number of people who wanted to use it. And we checked out a day early but were charged for the last day because we booked through booking.com.

Breakfast was good - nice variety. Bed was comfortable. Room location, as requested, was exceptional.

Room was definitely dated, but clean. Tub was old style and very high - hard for a senior to get in and out of. (However, being fair, we asked for a pet friendly room and didn't think to ask about a shower vs tub).

We have stayed at this Comfort Inn a few times now and each stay has been great. The room was nice and clean, bed comfortable and we never heard any of our neighbors talking. the breakfast was super - everything was nice and hot and plenty of dishes to choose from. We will definitely stay there again if we have to stay over for the VA again.

We were quite relieved and pleased with our room. Bed very comfortable, shower very good. Should have a hook for towels near the sink. After reading a number of negative reviews about cleanliness of room, we were worried- but room was cleaned appropriately.

Breakfast could improve- selection of fruit poor- green bananas and dry oranges. How about some yogurt to mix with the oatmeal packets?

convenient, clean,rooms seemed well maintained. staff was helpful and courteous, breakfast was very good.

no swimming pool. the listing said there is one but I missed the disclaimer when I booked that it doesn’t. Not a huge deal.

The Comfort Inn offered a free breakfast which was well stocked and the dining area was very clean. The receptionists during our stay were extremely friendly, well trained and ready to assist.

Hot water service could use some improvement.

Bed was super comfy and so big with lots of pillows to choose from.

Could not find stairs to use instead of elevator… nothing to complain about it was great!👍

Sporadic hot water at the sink but it worked in the shower. Low pressure shower.

The property was in a beautiful location and was very cleanly.

I didn’t like that it was very hard finding rides in this town. Please inform hotel guests beforehand that there are no Ubers in the area and you should book with smaller independent taxi places ahead of time.

The staff was great!

The breakfast was too crowded at times and the poor lady trying to keep things refilled did her best but she needs help. The big tour buses are too many people for 1 person! But she was super nice even under stressful conditions!
