Staff was friendly, room was clean, pool was broken and they fixed fairly quick. Was main reason for stay, was quiet rooms

Was confused about the breakfast. Kinda wish it was buffet style but I understand there is alot of waste with that style. Was a bummer the pool was broken for half our stay but again things happen thats out of our control. Would have been nice to get a little discount due to the pool being our main reason for staying at this hotel but I didn't ask.

Staff friendly and helpful. Water was instantly very hot. Easy on/off from highway, without highway noise.

At arrival, looked for and didn’t spot sign, went to wrong hotel - sign is small, white background with small lettering and high up (3 stories) on a pole. Room was in distant wing but only entry through front lobby. After midnight on snowy Saturday, only parking was down a hill at a neighboring hotel, and no sidewalk. No light above/at desk. Few electrical outlets, and only behind furniture. (Had to move table, desk chair, 2 armchairs and lamp to do a zoom meeting.) No easy way to recharge phone at bedside. Bedside alarm went off before dawn (set by prior guest, not checked/turned off by housekeeping). Burned out bulbs in lamp, and hall landing. Mini fridge too cold (froze the yogurt).

Called to make reservations with specific requests due to surgery at Dartmouth Hitchock Med center. Upon arrival , a most competent desk associate accomodated me with all requests. Loved the small patio walk out. Shower pressure was terrific.That the pool was closed didn't matter. No breakfast so no comment. Clean but basic, paid extra for mini fridge and micro wave. Convenient to hospital.

Paid too much for a very basic motel. Wish the shower had some Non Slip mats or strips. Needed to use towels on tub floor. Beds were rather bouncy and all moving about was felt by my husband and me.

Clean and tidy! I did not need much and appreciated the perfect condition of my room.

There were some noises coming from neighboring rooms at night. The hallway had a slightly unpleasant smell in the air, but it did not extend into the room and did not bother me. The room door lock, though, should be repaired: the door did not close all the way and did not lock — noticed that only in the morning (you have to push it with some force to let it lock). The pool was not in operation, under maintenance (did not need it), the staff were also in the process of fixing a TV set in the common space (did not need it either). I appreciate that facilities are being looked after. It does feel like a continuous process, just as a PSA for anyone more picky than me :)

It is an older motel but is sparkling clean especially for a pet friendly room! Sheets and beds were very comfortable. Front desk and room staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Location is spot on! You can see and smell the open ocean from almost every room. There is a elevated bonfire pit, dog walking area, and very convenient parking. There is a free Island shuttle stop at the motel as well. Will definitely stay here again. The other people staying were all respectful and mature. It's not a loud or party place at all.

For an older facility, pet friendly, and being a motel, the walls are thin, and you can hear the people's conversations in the rooms next to you. The other people staying were all respectful and mature. It's not a loud or party place at all but you are not guaranteed quiet.

Our first family trip with our dog was super stressfree thanks to White River Inn! We were in the area for the solar eclipse so even though we didn't spend a ton of time in the hotel, it was very pleasant. The pool was fabulous, spacious and clean- the kids got out of bed at 6:30 on our last day to get some pool time in! Lots of great family friendly food options in the area as well.

Wish they offered a continental breakfast.

Clean comfortable and great location in the heart of up and coming White River Jct! Special thanks to Shiv Raymond Andy and Urvi for being so wonderful welcoming and helpful making us feel right at home accommodating to anything we may have needed!

Parking was a little crowded but all and all my stay was great!

The room and the rest of the facility were beautiful. We had a very pleasant, comfortable stay, and it was convenient to Dartmouth, which was the reason for the visit.

They put us in a room on the first floor, next to an exit door. At one o'clock in the morning, I was awaked by some dude standing there, smoking, and having a very loud conversation on his phone. Not really the hotel's fault, but it did put a damper on my stay.

Our room was not ready at 3 for check in but that's understable. They were full and everyone is short staffed. The upgraded us because of it and we were still able to get ready before our dinner reservations.

They did not accept my card associated with my online bank. Since it is online banking, I can understand that and it worked out because my husband just used his card. But, it just would have been helpful to have known that beforehand.

The property had a lot of charm. The hotel didn’t seem to be just a cut and dry modern hotel how many are today.

The parking situation was quite bad. With there being so so many hotels in that same area it is very difficult to find a spot especially a bit later in the night if you left and came back. You could feel the springs in the bed a bit.
