Everything was excellent. We stayed here during our trip because of the proximity to DHMC and because of our previous good experiences with the Hilton hotels. The front desk staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. We found the room to be comfortable and modern. We had dinner the first evening (takeout to the room) and were very impressed with the quality of the food. Same with breakfast. There was a nice selection and we sampled it all - the Belgian waffles were incredible! Overall, very happy with our stay and would definitely return.

The only criticism I have is that the picture of the room I selected during booking (booking.com) was larger than what we actually received. Not a big deal, but not what we were expecting.

Amazing experience with Emma in reception! She brought in her pet lizard and noticed my son admiring it from afar. He assumed it was a guest’s pet and was too shy to approach . Emma asked the restaurant for our room number and called us to invite our son to visit with the lizard once her customer line was gone! Incredible thoughtfulness and a great memory for us! We stayed on a Sunday night and struggled to get takeout from local restaurants but the sandwiches we got from the hotel restaurant were great- salmon and salad was great after too many days on the road.

The room was wonderful. They accommodated our dogs. The food was very good. Perfect location between the hospital and the college...of which we needed on this trip.

The front desk person could have been nicer. It was not our fault that booking.com put in our reservation our first name as our last name, but he was very abrupt with us. Also, they seemed understaffed. They advertised room service but there was not. Then we asked if someone could bring us a menu so we could call down our order and come and get it when it was ready and we were told no.

The lobby was nicely decorated, had a lovely floral scent that wasn’t overwhelming. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I liked how there was a mini fridge and microwave. Also, the bathroom was spacious and looked updated.

I only stayed one night, wasn’t there long enough to dislike anything.

It was clean, it was comfortable, the bed was wonderful, and the shower was amazing. Staff was friendly and helpful

Well it was a little pricey but I didn't have a lot of choices and I needed a good night's sleep on a comfortable bed

Front desk personnel is just amazing. Felt like I was at home. Facilities are “as new”. Exceeded expectations and past experiences of stays in the same town but in different hotel chain. Hilton is now my go to.

The room was great

The shower head was old and didn’t really fit with the style of the shower. Also the I couldn’t get a straight answer about the breakfast that I was supposed to get in the morning before checkout. So needless to say I didn’t get a breakfast, kind of sub-par for a room that cost more than $400/night.

Even though just off the highway, it was quiet. We used the hotel as a base, and were out most of the time, but it was a great room to come back to - comfortable and spacious.

I especially like the fact that there was an actual restaurant, even though a modest one, on the property. You could have a good breakfast, unlike the substandard fare offered at most such places.

it seems a bit expensive for the area.
